Items needed were easy to find and the store was very clean.

I came in tonight on 9/15/18 around 9pm. I was there to rent a carpet doctor! The cashier at the time was RAEES this young man was very helpful, Pleasant, outspoken, outgoing, extremely nice and very considerate. He took his time to explain how to use the carpet doctor and which products I should use and how to use them correctly to get the best Quality from the product that I was going to rent at the time. The young man even asked me how I was doing, how was my day. At the end befor I left he asked if I need help loading up and to have a good night and a safe drive home!! I was very happy with my service tonight and the cashier at the time!!!

Wonderful shopping experience, store employee Ms. Penny Blanton, helped us from start to finish and even a follow up phone call to tell us our product had arrived. She helped us pick out the right product for our plumbing job, which was her department, then went above and beyond to help us pick out the tile for our back splash. I only wish there were more store employees like this young woman..

we found everything we needed quickly, the young man that loaded our cart with 15 sheets of underlayment was extremely helpful, in the midst of a problem with the stores sprinkler system-all of the staff was calm, courteous and handled the situation without too much disturbance to their customers, our cashier, Miss Fay, was friendly, fast and fun to check out with and there was a staff member waiting to load our truck!

All the people that work in this store are truly interested in what you need and will help you find it.... Very Pleased

For being a Saturday morning I was totally surprised to find an available employee to assist me in such a quick, friendly manner.

This is a wonderful store that I feel at home when I shop. Not everyone is extremely friendly all the time and not everything I look for is exactly where I need it to be. And home isn't that way either lol Each employee that I've asked for help has shown me where all the products are that I've needed to find on top of sharing great ideas with me on the projects I'm working on. I just enjoy this place, you guys are great!

This store has improved itself from when it was opened about a year.... there were no salespeople to answer questions or tell you isle numbers..... very frustrating .... It has been working like a charm for the last year.... The "innkeepers" of the store work constantly restocking... asking if you need help .... and greeting you whether you need help or not..... And I love the first Saturday of the month to take the grandkids for your "shop parties" ..... Very Well Done !!!!

The Zachary store is the best. I am always greeted at the door by a smiling face and they answer my questions and direct me to the appropriate section I'm looking for. The employees here are always friendly and helpful in finding what I am looking for and need. Great customer service with a smile.

Yes a ten star to the young lady in garden I think her name was Brenda I hope the store take pride in her a good work I have been in the garden several time and THIS young be work like a man cause your have young man work in garden and is lazy or if you call you have some of them say we don't have the products but if Brenda they she will try her best to look for the item

The associates at this store are always willing to help me. And every time I go in there, I am always greeted by everyone and always asked if I need help with something.

store was clean. staff not helpful. one employee shook her head and mumbled at us after a price check. very disappointed.

The employees in lawn and garden will stand around talking and goofing off while you struggle to load your own car. If you can find an associate to ask a question they have no knowledge and can not answer you. I usually have to stop another customer to ask any questions I have.

I would recommend this store out of all the stores they have in Baton Rouge this store employees are very helpful. And they always have what you need and the store is very clean and well maintained

Store is clean, very organized, in stock, and cashiers are customer ready.

Returns here have been so easy! I love the email receipt so I never have to dig for paper receipts.
