Great service from staff during a difficult time for patrons and staff with virus concerns

My online order for store pickup was not ready by the date given and the item could not be found. The online tracking shows the item was delivered to the store on 5/19/2020 and would be ready by 5/25/2020. That's plenty of time to process the item. Well the ready by date has passed, I was never notified. To make matters worse the item I ordered could not be found. The associates there did make an attempt to look for it. Its just maddening that there were over 6 days to find the item and notify me. Never doing in-store pickup again at this location. Very unorganized.

Great customer service

As you all know, these are strange times. Recently on my visit to my favorite Home Depot which is in Zachary, LA, I was struck by the great attitude of the employees. There was a small line to get in due to the social distancing we are experiencing, but I only had to wait about 2 minutes. The girl was very nice and made sure that there was compliance to the rules. I found everything I needed and the lumber section was my last stop. I needed six 2x8x8s, but they were in a section located higher than I could reach. Luckily there were two employees close by that were pulling a big order. I asked if anybody could help me, and one of them immediately stopped what he was doing and came to help me. I didnt get his name, but Ive seen him there before. He's very tall, 6ft 6 or taller, and works in the lumber section. He was very courteous and friendly in spite of having to wear a face mask in a store where the AC is not plentiful while loading a ton of lumber....Kudos to this young man...The cashier at my checkout was very friendly, also...So happy to have this great store close by!!

Store staff is very knowledgeable and polite. I went to purchase a patio furniture set and spoke to several people before making my purchase. Dwayne Gates-Manager, Julian-stocker?, Cierra-sales cashier were all polite during the visit. Thanks to wonderful people who still smile and make you feel welcome. Keep up the great work!

Store was clean and all employees were willing to help! Kayln in the flooring department was EXTREMELY kind and helpful.

I had a great experience from several helpful employees who went above and beyond to help me. This experience was made great because the associates even walked me to the items and gave me information on the items so that i could make a wise decision. Kaleb was helpful with the selection of lubricant for my garage door. Mr. Henry showed me some good drain opener solutions as well as perfect, reasonable light bulbs for my home and garage. Charmaine, the cashier, was quick to point out a defect in one of my products and Mrs. Lois was nice enough to offer to go and get a replacement for me.

Love Home Depot in Zachary. Always friendly, clean, organized and helpful. Great fair prices.

Home Depot in Zachary was the best Black Friday shopping experience I've had. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made appliance shopping easy.

Going at the right time is imperative. The busier the time, the less assistance you will get. Late in the evenings or during LSU or Saints game times is best

Very Helpful Associate.

The ladies in the appliances department were extremely helpful in helping me choose a cost effective appliance suitable to my needs. They showed me different features on different appliances which helped me determine the right one for me. Products were displayed in a manner that was easy to compare.

Employees were friendly and ready to assist when needed. Also liked assistance provided at self check out.

Employe told me that if I forget my items in my cart after purchasing it they put it back on the shelves for redistribution. I would prefer to see a 30 day lost and found hold instead of having a business selling items that would be reasonably be considered the property of another. “A Fence”

The store is always clean, even the bathroom. I like the new checkouts. If you use a self checkout someone will still help if you need it.

Excellent help in garden center from a man who was putting out plants/ stocking displays . This man I think was a plant grower /distributer .He had knowledge about plants ,he was white man middle aged , bald headed , kinda skinny under fed and tattoos / spacers in ears . I did not get his name hence me discribing him .He helped me select several plants , loaded them in cart for me and unloaded into my car .Told me how to care for them .I'm older woman with heart trouble this was very helpful.Store was in neat appearance.

Customer Service Rep Manager JaShaunta is an exceptional employee. I truly wish she was an employee at my company. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs and make sure you have all the proper items needed for the project at hand. Very friendly and knowledged in her area. The entire staff that works the front end, has been helpful each time I go in, and I go in several times weekly to purchase items for various jobs.

The store was clean and the products was available for me to shop
