Today I visited and there were people all over asking to help me. From the greeter to paint counter to checker, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

I think the Home Depot employees are very nice and product intelligence a pleasure doing business with y'all

I shopped recently at the Home Depot in Zachary. I found employees very courteous and helpful. It is the store to go to for your project needs.

I had one of my best purchasing experiences at Home Depot in Zachary, Louisiana. Kandace Perry went above and beyond as she helped me find what seemed to be the last desk fan in the store. She offered so much more than service. She cared and it really showed.

Zachary Home Depot is the best Home Depot in Baton Rouge Louisiana

There was a time when I would have but the customer service continues to go downhill. The only differenced between shopping at Home Depot and other similar stores is the quality of customer service. I'd rather drive a few miles more for good customer service than to shop at a place where customer service is poor.

Items were stocked, associates were very helpful and the store is very clean.

The Zachary store has always been the “go to” store not because it’s near me but the people remembers me and speaks to me when I come. They know when I’m coming and ready to serve me.

Most employees are very helpful. I have had a few experiences of not being helpful/knowledgeable, but that is just like any other retailers, good employees are hard to find....

The customer service at this location is horrible. Most of the young associates are black and choose to not help or acknowledge anyone that is white. Shop elsewhere is my best advice.

My only complaint is that help in the isles is to hard to get. When you finally get help it's perfect.

HELP FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN THE DOOR! The greeter noticed I was bringing in a vent mesh for my stove’s exhaust. She knew parts like that are no longer sold because kitchen vents are now sold in complete assemblies with hoods, etc. Able to help she handed me a special Home Depot business card for parts called, “Parts.Fast.” It has same day shipping and an url with a phone number. I was disappointed I could not buy my item in the store but grateful she gave me knowledge: a context of what problem I faced and a solution to get me what I needed for my project.

This store has helpful associates and I can always find what I need. Selection and prices are on point. It's worth the trip out to Zachary to visit Home Depot.

The rental staff is great. But the people over maintenance and repair or the ones deciding if repairs should be done are not. The equipment is going down fast, compared to 2017 when I began using HD. Fuel tanks leaking, hydraulic tank caps busted preventing proper flow and pressure, radiators consistently clogged and joints not lubricated. I spent 30 minutes digging out the tracks, removing tree limbs from the last unit before I could use it. Then had to completely lubricate, using two tubes of grease. Enforce cleaning, maintain units, at least repair.

I waited 45 to check out!

The store manager, Mr D Gates, has been an every present manager. He has demonstrated excellent leadership by being involved and active with customers. During the COVID pandemic, the staff are doing a great job at being team players and wearing masks. Very helpful and happy staff.

The store has most products that are needed and the people are nice. Don’t shop there if you require electric handicap carts to shop in store - few or none available.

Over the past couple of years this store reduced it's inventory overall on the items it carries, as well as stopped carry many products that as a customer I had depended on being able to purchase at Home Depot. IMO They have moved from helping people be able to repair items in their homes by no longer stocking repair parts for many products. It seems they want to force customers to buy brand new products that could be repaired for a small amount of money so they spend money for new complete products. What they have failed to realize is that many repair parts for just about anything can be purchased online for very reasonable prices. So in my book they loose all the way around.
