I highly recommend Home Depot to everyone. Great customer service respectful concerns about there customer needs and product special custome ordering door was easly, quick, beautifully and good quality brand. Im truly happy with HomeDepot staff from Jerry's who's a specialist in doors to to cashier in yorkville very nice patient staff. I Love my Doors. THANK YOU ALL!!!

This location is easy to get in and out of. The store is not as cluttered as many other locations I have been to in the Chicago land area. The Associates are usually very friendly but in some areas could be more knowledgeable about what they are selling. This does not mean they don't have what is needed but then again you get what you pay for.

Great customer service especially for a big box store. Yost was so helpful and saved me a trip to another store by locating a product that had been missed placed. He went above and beyond to help me.

I’d recommend the store but don’t buy Electrolux appliances. They don’t work out of the box. Then to replace the item, it was going to take over 2 weeks. To not have a washing machine for that long with a newborn is unacceptable. They should have been more accommodating.

I have been known to go there just to look around. the store is always neat and set up right.

All the store employees were extremely friendly and helpful. All items were neatly stocked and we found everything we were looking for with no problem. When we required assistance there was someone right there to help us.

The staff is friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you and gives that "personal touch" to your visit to the store!

I purchased a major appliance and 5 days later the item was marked down even further. Went in to inquire about a price adjustment and was refunded $555.00. Thank you and I will continue to choose The Home Depot before any other hardware stores.

My trip to the Yorkville Home Depot was great cashier Sabrina was very helpful friendly courteous and professional.

Employees were pleasant and helpful. Plumbing was knowledgeable regarding my purchase. Even helped me carry my items to checkout as I didn't get a cart because I didn't think I would find a faucet for my Roman tub, but they had one in stock in the brand i wanted.

We have been shopping at the Home Depot store in Yorkville IL. Since moving to the area 14 years ago. My wife and I have a 3/4 acre yard with a garden and nine flower beds. Every year we purchase all our plants and flowers , potting soil and outdoor needs from this location and we are very impressed with the quality of product. We have also purchased a 12x16 shed , stockade fence as well as carpet , flooring , appliances and most of our remodeling and landscaping materials from this Home Depot . Great store and great service. We are on a first name basis with numerous employees and actually look forward to shopping at the Yorkville store. All of our many , many visits have been a very positive and fun experience. Thanks a bunch !!

Excellent customer service starting with the greeter who when asked where I could find a certain type of item told me exactly where to find it, this helped make my trip more efficient and pleasurable. The salesman in appliances was also top-notch, not pushy at all, which I appreciated. I came in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and he respected that.

I was looking for a pruning saw and I found a display with a picture of one but there were none , after an employee helped me Not find one , I settled for different saw. When I checked out the casier asked if I found everything ? I said no and he stated "sorry thats to bad". Never asked what it was ? if anyone else helped me look? can I help you? Why ask the question if you arent going to do anything. Usually a decent store. I dindt think they were very friendly
