This location always provides the best customer service experience.

While I had difficulty finding what I needed for my home improvement project, the staff was very kind and patient in helping order what I needed.

We went to another store and didn’t have the item and then we went to Home Depot and they kindly showed us where the item was and at the cashier the attendant helped us with our purchase.

Went to the Yorkville, Il. store for a ladder that we had seen the day before and the space was empty. Thought we were out of luck until two great employees came along, Ayden S and Cullen S. They hunted nearby aisles until they spotted one on an upper shelf. Went to great lengths to make sure we got our ladder. Great customer service. At the check out Andrew was happily waiting and helped us finish the transaction. Just a great experience to shop this store.

We were trying to decide on a large tool chest. Had several people bend over backwards trying to answer any questions we had and gave us all the time we needed.

Jerry and Laura went above and beyond to assist me with a purchase of a vanity sink top.

I buy just about everything that I need from Home Depot. The customer service is a reason I continue to come back, always friendly and helpful

This week I made a trip to your store and was amazed by two young men in your lumber dept. Adam & Cullum. They went well beyond our expectations. They are two wonderful guys that helped us out immensely. It's not everyday you see this kind of customer service. Their work ethic's are truly unbelievable. It's rare to see this these days in the all that's going on in the world. These two showed that even in a large company such as yours you can still find great people that truly care about customers. Thank you again Adam & Cullum for going well beyond what was expected of you. Keep up the great work!! Hope to see you again on our next trip to your store.

This store has the most helpful and friendly team members! They are wonderful.

Employees here are always so helpful! Store is clean and organized. Believe me, all Home Depot stores are not like this. Some I'd rather not go into.

We went just to look at appliances we needed they ended up having a great sale going on so we decided to buy. The staff member Ron I don’t know if he works directly in that department or not but he was wonderful super knowledgeable and honest we wanted simple appliances nothing fancy we are old fashion people and he took us right to those didn’t try and up sell us on something we didn’t want he also waited at the check out with us to make sure we got the best deal. The cashier he was newer the other staff was super helpful for him which I think just makes a company look good having a team that works together. It was a vast improvement from the last visit we had.

Every employee is so eager to provide assistance. Pam happily answered all of my questions and showed me the best products to use for my particular projects. As I checked out, Kathy was so friendly and put a huge smile on my face. In a country where customer service is almost void, it is so refreshing to have a place with employees who are so knowledgeable and helpful with kindness. Scott Riforgiate

I was very pleased with the customer service I received today from Sammy and Carlos at the service desk. I had an issue with an online order and they both happily helped get it straightened out for me. They were both very polite and helpful, kept a smile the entire time. It was much appreciated!

Lazy employees not willing help me for I g me to take my money to another store. Casheire challenge me as a veteran. I am a service disabled veteran with full benefits and I am told I have to leave the store to get the bar code to work. She also refused to accept my military if card as military is card are not or off of military service. I think you have that backwards.

i needed to get a new refrigerator and Home Depot had EXACTLY what I needed and for the best price around. as i live in a modular home with a limited space for the fridge, Home Depot was able to fill my needs. Price was in my range and expected delivery date. I am one very satisfied customer.

Home Depot staff in the Yorkville IL store are great! I recently dealt with Trisha in Customer Service & Monica the store manager. What I needed to purchase was not available in the packaged quantities I needed. They went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and even had it delivered to my home!

All were helpful & were able to get additional help & gave me discount, since it was the last in stock at the time.

New to area and found this Home Depot more organized and better staffed than others.

Have a tricky paint color to match? Go to this HD paint dept and speak with Chris. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever spoken with about matching old paint colors and he has great tips on painting technique. I cannot sing this guy's praises enough.

Excellent customer service all the way around, from greeter Kevin, to Chris pulling a grill down for me, to Avrie helping with my checkout. Yorkville store very clean and neat, also well stocked. I will shop this store again, I passed 5 other Home Depot's just to shop this store today. Keep up the great customer service #6887, YOU ROCK.

Assistance was provided promptly and sales person was very helpful in the selection of the items of interest.

Jeremiah at the floor departmen went above and beyond to help us with all of our questions and concerns. Jeremiah was the only employee out of all the Home Depots we visited today(5) that truly knew what he was doing.
