Very helpful and a clean store

Great customer service and very helpful and friendly associates.

The customer service was great. Went in for paint and Chris K was extremely helpful. Have us his opinion on colors. He is very knowledgeable with paint.

Nicky in the carpet department went out of her way to help us make decisions about our purchase. Becky at checkout was most congenial and helpful throughout our visit to the Yorkville, IL store

I went to the store today (12/21/2019) to buy a Christmas tree Rita the HD Associate was Amazing! Since I have a heart condition, she offered me a chair to sit on while she cheerfully volunteered to trim and net the Christmas tree I was buying. She carried the trimmed tree back to the cashier's station (the garden doors were not opened this early in the morning). Rita helped me at the check out and even waited for me to bring the car around so that she could load it for me! She did all this with a smile, good cheer and warmth!! Way to go Rita! You are a credit to the store!

This is the FRIENDLIEST store ! They really care about their customers ! Also, store is very clean and well kept.

GREAT STORE - knowledgeable staff!

I come into this store often although there is a Home Depot closer to my house. I travel further because the service here is always wonderful. We were here once looking at fridges and the sales person had to have been the best I have ever had at any store. I think his name was Ron? Then yesterday I was in with my mom to buy 2 Christmas trees. Noel in the garden center was AMAZING! She even held up trees for us so that we could compare and also helped us load them into our car. Heather was very nice, too. Both made our trip very enjoyable.

Your staff is always very helpful and friendly. I usually enter for a specific purchase but enjoy visiting other areas in the store because of the sales specials on display. Kelly in appliances helped with major purchases of 4 appliances recently. We valued her knowledge and suggestions helping us make decisions. I also needed assistance in hardware and was helped by Marcia. She knew exactly where the product I was looking for was located. Our store of choice here in Yorkville. Thanks

All my shopping experience has been satisfying from every day needs to building materials for shed and reroof of large barn and home never had a bad experience and all associates have been helpful and friendly

I shop at several Home Depot stores, depending on where my projects are located, and the Yorkville store has the friendliest and most attentive employees.

Staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Customer service is always great! Everyone is always helpful along with every product I need is always stocked on the shelf and easy to get to!

I like this location more than most Home Depots. When they started they had and still do have items arranged better. They also had less clutter like most locations do. I still prefer this location but in the past couple years they are becoming cluttered in the aisles like most of the other Home Depots. I have talked to many people and they share this same feeling. It is on par with going through your local grocery store where they clutter the aisles with useless items and impede customers movement. This is highly irritating. Hopefully they will get rid of this clutter, but I doubt it.

Store staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.

Everyone I came in contact with was polite, helpful, and not in any way in a hurry. Just wish there were more associates around for help.

Judith greeted me at the door with a smile, helped me get a cart, asked what I needed, led me right to thecshowerheads I was looking for, listened attentively to me to learn what features I was looking and pointed out their best seller for to help me make my selection. She was very knowledgeable.

Kelly and Mark in Appliances went above and beyond to help us getting through a problem with a frig that quit with no warning losing many dollars worth of groceries we 'd bought for our Father's day festivities. Need more people like them...The store was organized and clean too.
