This COVID 19 has given your associates an even bigger reason to not even say hello to customers. Possibly it was how they were raised/reared or is just the human condition? Either way it is sad.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were energetic and very kind. Checking out was fast without a long wait.

Cashier Jaime is rude and hateful. She is like this everytime we come into contact with her. I wouldn't go there again and do not reccomend anyone else to go there either.

I had a nice experience today at Home Depot I need a piece of wood 8x10 to be cut in half and ask for assistance and they came to help me immediately. No only that I paid for my ítems And I forgot a bag with nails and a spray oil and I returned 1/2 hour later the cashier so friendly recognized me immediately when I told her that I forgot my bag she save it for me on the side e immediately gave it to me. That’s a excellent customer service. Very happy to visit today Home Depot near me.

I like this store a lot. Usually when I go for something it is in stock. This store keeps a good inventory and it's online inventory is accurate. Today to finish a project I only needed one quart of a certain paint and it had to be satin. I looked on line, and they showed they had only one quart in Aisle 7 bay 18. I walked right to the bay and there it was. Some stores you cannot rely on the online inventory, but this store I have never been disappointed. They also seem to always have a better grade of lumber and moldings. The tool section is great!

Whether paying my bill, purchasing home improvement items, or outdoor mulches, Home Depot store 3641 has it ALL! They have excellent sales people, great prices, and a constant stock of everything I need!

Every time I have shopped in this store, I have found the employees always to be available and courteous and very helpful without hovering over you. One of my favorite places to shop for home improvement construction supplies, yard supplies, tools, etc.

The store was clean and the associates are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The Associate in electrical, Tomas, Worked with me for almost an hour making sure I found everything I needed. The cashier was friendly and cordial to me. All the other employees I passed spoke and asked if I needed any assistance. I will return to this store.

Lynn was my associate in the store initially and she was so understanding and helpful. I had my mind set on Laminate countertops however, she pointed out the assets of Granite and the amazing price for material and installation. She was very helpful, patient and understanding. Once I got the correct measurements and came back to purchase the countertops, Sherry was the associate I bought from and she was also very patient and understanding. Both of these ladies customer service skills were AWESOME and I would recommend this store with these ladies to everyone. Lynn walked me around the store on my initial visit and showed me all of my options for flooring, tile and then countertops. She is AMAZING person and associate. When I come back to buy the other things I will definitely be dealing with her. Thank you so much for being so kind!

store was well organized and had the product I was looking for at a good price (display using being sold at a discount) area salesperson was great and even helped me load the unit in my car!

Poor Communication. I ordered a Christmas Tree online for store pickup. When I got there they tried to give me a display. There was no phone call to indicate this prior to me driving to the store (50 mi one way). If they had, I wouldn’t have wasted my time driving there or I could’ve seen if another store had them in stock. Due to the holiday and their lack of communication there are none in NC now. They issued a refund but it has created a hardship on me because the refund could take up til 5 days to return.

Just went into this store to make some keys and one of the employees, Darrel, was leaving for the day and took the time to make our keys so we didn't have to wait for the next shift. Everyone here is friendly and kind!!

This store is well organized and clean. There are always plenty of employees around who are eager to help and are super friendly. The restrooms are clean. Cashiers/ self checkout employees are nice and super helpful.

I absolutely love this store. The employees are always willing to help. I do not have to go looking for help. The store is neat and clean and well organized. I remember one night we ran in at about 5 minutes till closing. We knew exactly what we needed and where it was. As we came through the door in a hurry we met a smiling employee. Quickly as we were moving we told the employee we would be out in 5 minutes. This employee was all smiles and said don't worry get what you need. Can I help? Wonderful store!

Home Depot on University Parkway had great customer service from the assistant manager Raoul. Loaded my truck with mulch and had the best attitude. The store was clean and the flowers look great. Thanks for having a great attitude.
