I apologize for the following complaint... I was in the market for a spindle sander. Did some research on YouTube and had my heart set on Ridgid EB44243 and was pleased to see HD handles Ridgid. ALL stores near my zip code stated call store for availability. I did and even had HD SKU # ready! Spoke to MIKE supposedly in “tools” on 11/23/20 .... told him I had SKU# but didn’t want it...he asked me if the tool I was looking for was battery or “corded”... I said corded...after on hold briefly he told none in stock. Went in today for pine for Xmas project and strolled by tools and LO AND BEHOLD ONE ON DISPLAY AND ANOTHER IN BOX UNDERNEATH!,, I was kind of upset for the misinformation I received the day earlier. I’m convinced MIKE is a slacker and a deadbeat. So I look for assistance to help get into my cart... no go. Now I’m getting impatient because I’m old and walk with a cane. Thankfully Kevin waits on me at the contractor counter and all is better. Thanks for letting me vent.

If you can't find an associate who cares and will get you the help you need, ask for VALARIE or STERLING! Both provided me top customer service the other day!

Customer service at the Pro Desk is awesome. Kevin, Rick, Sandra, Shawn, and all the support staff are great! The entire staff of this HD is awesome, and do a great job. This is by far my favorite HD to shop at.

You value the few who do not wear mask to help protect society in general. When you do that, you lose my any many others respect. One of the reasons, I have made fewer trips to Home Depot.

Horrible experience. If you need to shop here do it during 1st shift. After that there's no assistance. We had to load 30 pieces of lumber into a cart then into our vehicle with no assistance. We were told no curbside pickup help was provided. We aren't young people! Couldn't order from the website as it said check availability. Called the store. The store wouldn't take a payment over the phone and have the order ready. They wouldn't hold the order either. You would think with Covid they wouldn't want all this interaction and could have had the order ready for pickup at the very least!

FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF, MAKING SURE YOU ARE SAFE WITH COURTESY MASKS AND SANITIZER WELL STOCKED AND CLEAN STORE. GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

Go see Devarus in paint. He was so helpful and patient. Customer service like his needs to be appreciated and acknowledged more. He was excellent!!! Thank you Devarus!!!

Excellent customer service. Mike and Jackie helped me and my husband find an entire list of items. They made us feel like VIP shoppers. I will never go to Lowe’s again because the difference is like night and day. Home Depot is clearly more thankful for the business. Believe me.

I went in, planning to hunt for the paint counter. It was right on the main entry transverse runway. I stood in line behind other customers, who took a few minutes, as I expected. I did not expect a clerk to leave another task, in another area, to come help so I didn't have to wait a mere 5 minutes. It's a paint counter. I expected to wait 10 minutes. I was out of the store in the time I normally wait to get paint. And the lady acted like I hadn't interrupted anything. This is small town customer service. I appreciate it, and I hope others will too.

People wear masks to get into the store then take them off. That is unnerving with all that we know. You know, the ones who think they only can break societal norms in front of everyone, when in fact they look like the IDIOTS they are...and believe me they are NOT pretending, they are IDIOTS!!!

Very slow and rude service in the paint Dept. Tried to order fencing, waited 20 minutes after someone was called to help us. They never showed up. We left. Customer service is not what it used to be!

The sales associate Sherry Hoover was very helpful, kind and courteous. You need more employees like her. Excellent Rating - 5

Found product needed easily and then great employee Dave stepped up and offered to load 16 bags of soil. Made checkout a breeze. It was a very hot day and he was eager to be of assistance which was so helpful.

It is so hard to get help in most stores today, but had an employee and manager who worked with me through the process of buy a cub cadet zero turn. Kevin and Tonya were very helpful

I normally shop here routinely. But due to covid they force all customers to enter and exit and pay in a small area. Very congested. How does this help with social distancing? Felt quite uncomfortable in the funnel

The man who measured for my plantation shutters mixed up the store number and the store phone number. This took a lot of time. On the bright side, I finally had some good communication with a nice woman at the Hanes Mall store and a very nice gentleman at the Home Depot North, both in Winston-Salem, NC.

The curbside pick up is awful, was on hold for over 15 minutes when I arrived at the store. The lady brought my order out and bolted back into the store as soon as she handed me the receipt. No effort to assist me in loading the 20 concrete pavers into my vehicle. I had made another order prior to the above mentioned pick up and 8 hours later still not ready. When I called to ask about the status of the order I was told their was only six orders ahead of mine to fill. Apparently it takes them 5 hours to fill 6 orders. The website says orders are ready within 2 hours when I placed the order. I will not use this store or Home Depot anymore.
