This store has great customer service!

This store is amazing! I love coming into a store that just gives off good energy. They always have deals and specials going on. They care about you and always help you.

I was not offered my military discount even after mentioning it.

Was “pushed” out of the store I don’t appreciate the woman standing behind me waiting for me to pick out product that two people had to help me find I know you close in 5 minutes I don’t mind the announcements but if we hadn’t walked around for five minutes looking for something else I could have bought more all he kept saying is it’s suppose to be here we would walk to another spot it might be at and then come back to that end cap finally I asked for another product and that employee knew exactly where it was that’s when the third woman walked up and asked if I was done shopping

Looking for a new Washer and Dryer, Melissa in this department at White Lake was wonderful, caring and knowledgable. Very helpful.

Beware when ordering online for store pickup. You may not receive what you ordered. I arrived to pick up an online order after receiving an email and text message to indicate it was ready. Pulled in for curbside pickup and waited 20 minutes to have an employee give me another customers order. Had to return to the store after driving home to find out the order was in correct. My next curbside order was even worse. I ordered 3 of the same item. Went to pickup after getting the my order is ready text and email, and they tried to give me another product entirely telling me they were "upgrading" the product for me. Their upgrade was to give me chemical laden miracle grow potting soil to replace OMRI certified organic soil...... Good job team!

Great service in this store from the Manager to the cashier. They found everything I needed with a cheerful attitude!

yes My husband had been in the store earlier that day looking for a freezer. He came and got me so I could see it and I liked it so we purchased it. The sale preson was great, the store was clean, everyone was friendly and nice and very helpful.

Salespersons at the White Lake, MI store are and have been very friendly and helpful.

This store does not follow covid19 safety precautions! Most of the employees were wearing masks below their mouths, and not a single employee enforced the rule for the customers!

I have always found the shopping experience at this store very satisffactory. Employ ees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way t help you.

My mother needed help setting up her kitchen re model project. The staff went above and beyond to assist her in all of her needs and made good suggestions for product, style and design. Very nice staff!

Great sales person, Danny, in the appliance department. He has many years in the appliance business...I trust his insight from his experience. Very knowledgeable. It's worth the effort to deal with him if you are looking for an appliance.

One of the few stores of this type where the employees do their utmost to assist customers. I had searched for a small freezer unit for months. Finally, a week ago, Derrick in the Appliances Department was able to locate one for me. Having this unit has been a God-send, and finally being able to located and obtain one is solely due to Derrick and his dedication to customer service. In my 7 years in this area, this Home Depot store has never once disappointed me.

THIS STORE NEEDS MORE FRIENDLY CASHIERS AND MORE ITEMS ON SHELF. EVERY TIME I GO INTO THIS STORE I HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE IF THEY HAVE MORE ITEMS. I NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM WHEN I GO TO LOWES.

Inventory displayed online is never correct, on this past visit 3/29/2020 I even called to make sure they had a dewalt 60v saw in stock, I was assured it was in stock and they had 3 of them....well I got there and none were to be found, the employees in the tool department were rude about it and didn’t wanna help resolve the situation. I try to buy local but this has just pushed me over to buying online more now.

I have been going to the White Lake home depot for over 22 years as i moved into a new home .The staff are great .

We had completed a house renovation a year ago. When cleaning out the garage recently, I found an unopened box of bath/shower fixtures. We had changed our minds and bought another style without returning this one. I did not have a receipt and thought I would need to try and sell on craigslist. My wife suggested I still try and return to HD. The lady at customer service was extremely friendly and courteous. She said no problem and gave me store credit. OUSTANDING!!!

This store was the only home depot i visited that had the correct tool box that i was looking for. I asked for assistance and was promptly greeted by a young man named Brandon (D-23) and was completely helpful and got me everything i needed. Was very much happy to work with me and made me feel welcome.
