Very happing shopping at home depot great experience shopping there and a great helpful staff .Going back tomorrow and finish my shopping great shopping experience there.The “items”I bought were very useful in what I needed and were priced very reasonable priced and good quality.

After visiting three other vendors, our daughter told us to check out Home Depot. Her experience with buying appliances there for her new home was terrific. Dan in appliances was great to deal with- knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend them as a go to source when you need appliances!

The service desk was quite helpful

I have actually made several trips this week to this location and each day the service has been spectacular. Today was even better when I need assistance in plumbing. Jim (in Plumbing) did a fantastic job helping me to create a custom fixture for my broken sprinkler system saving me a ton of money for not having to call a plumber. Customer service that Jim has provided will keep HomeDepot as my Go to Hardware Store!

Jim is an asset to Home Depot he is knowledgeable helpful and kind. Very attentive to the customers needs

I have to say the White Lake store has the best staff at a Home Depot in this area. They are friendly, helpful and they come to you, you don't have to seek them out. We have purchased three appliances from the White Lake store this year and each time we worked with Melissa Fenchel, she is awesome, professional and very knowledgeable. She doesn't push anything on you but guides you in your decision making process. We will always go to the White Lake store and it's mainly because of people like Melissa.

The store was neat and clean and staff was helpful and polite. No review on the products as I haven't used them yet.

I buy all my building materials at the White Lake location The help is awesome Shannon is a sweetheart I buy all my tools there all my shipping supplies I spend more time shopping at I'll be at this location Then any other store

Employees area great. This year alone I have worked with Tom in Doors and Windows, Elaine in Flooring, and Julie in Customer Service. They were all a great help :)

Came in for new paint and also to have old paint shaken. Thomas helped me out and was very personable and knew where to find everything I needed to complete my project. Additionally, when I walked off and forgot about the old paint I was having shaken, Thomas found me in a nearby aisle and brought the paint to me.

Melissa was very helpful. We wanted a white dishwasher. She showed us what we could get in less the 2 weeks. She knew the products very well. We were so satisfied, we bought 2 dishwashers. (We needed one for our lower level also).

The staff at the White Lake store is awesome. I'm doing a total home remodel and I shop at Home Depot almost exclusively because of the great customer service, both at this store and with the online ordering. Remodeling is always stressful, but especially so in these uncertain times with labor and supply-chain shortages. They have made my life easier. THANK YOU!

My cabinets were up on top of the rack but once I saw Dillon he jumped to it and I was out quickly! Very thankful.

Recently my wife and I came in to look at a new combo of washer and dryers, the associate we worked with was very Knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with, not pushy but very attentive to our needs. I have never had a bad experience at the White Lake location.

Ali at the register was great! Too bad the cabinet department can’t help when asked. After waiting… 3 employees walked by while we climbed the shelves trying to get the product. Not one offered help.
