Today's visit to the White Lake Home Depot was awesome! Awesome because their team member, COREY, made us feel so welcome, helped us find the products, made some great suggestions for our project. The entire time we felt that someone really cared. Corey made our day!!!

We go to the White Lake Home Depot because their location is closest to home, but in general, Home Depot has the best customer service compared to any other home improvement store. We also choose the White Lake location because we recognize & are even on a first name basis with some employees because we've frequented there so much with all of our projects. Everyone is so friendly and helpful each & every time.

Chris from plumbing was awesome and a great help.. if you have plumbing issues or questions he's your go to at this store... Not only will he help you get exactly what you need but he will also show you exactly how all the connections should be

I have never had a problem shopping at Home Depot store the workers are always helpful when I am trying to find a certain item. The cashier is always helpful getting someone to haul my softener salt to my car as they are 40lb bags and I cannot lift them. Love shopping at this store.

Picked up some retaining wall pavers this evening. Cathy, the cashier, and Ryan who did the heavy lifting, were pleasant, fast, efficient, and friendly. Ryan helped with loading the cart and getting it to checkout and also into my vehicle. Cathy and Ryan thanked us for shopping with them. Both excellent employees. Made for a great shopping experience!!

This is the friendliest Home Depot I've been in. All the employees are helpful, courteous, and assist customers like no other store. I'm always greeted by a friendly employee and asked if I need assistance in any way. The store is very well stocked, clean and I usually leave with exactly what I came for, no waiting.

Every time I go to this Home Depot, someone is very happy to help out! I stop in usually once a week to pick up some supplies for our household project and the customer service is Awesome! Most of my supplies have came from Hardware, and every time I am there, Laryn goes above and beyond to help out - even guiding me in various other departments!

3 associates helped me with different facets of my visit in a very efficient and helpful manner. Great teamwork in Gardening.

I waited over an hour for an employee who could drive a hi-lo to get a product down from the racks above. It was horrible.

The White Lake Home Depot has always been our go to HD. The associates are very friendly and helpful. We are home remodel contractors and have always found everything we need here.

I would recommend this Home Depot to building contractors. However, I am a 72 year old female homeowner purchasing 5 bags of mulch today. I was told there was NO ONE available to help me load the mulch into my car trunk. If Home Depot is having a sale on mulch, garden soil, etc., there should be someone available to assist the customer with loading their purchase. I wrangled the bags myself and I will have my grandson remove them from my trunk. I also needed soil and sand, but those bags were too hard to struggle with, and I was not able to purchase them. Management at this Home Depot should have been on top of what was happening in the garden area and found a way to provide assistance to the customers. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service provided today.

The employees are great! When I left the store I was getting tnto my car and saw a mouse. A young man was walking into the store and I asked him for help. He was a Home Depot employee and did not hesitate to assit me. He removed the mouse from my vehicle so that I could drive home. His kind act was definitely over and above the job of a Home Depot employee.
