I gave the clerk a clearly written set of dimensions, but she cut the custom window blind to the wrong size. I was able to return it for credit, but it cost me time and a 35 mile round trip.

The store was dark. Also the cashier was not very friendly, I don't think she even spoke to me.

Maria went above and beyond to assist me and help me during my visit.

Cashier Sandra was awesome!!!! Very nice and very helpful. It’s good to see someone who’s actually happy doing their job!!!

Went in to purchase a shed and per the outside instructions I went to the service desk. Neither of the 2 employees there could help. They called someone else and they were also not able to do anything. Finally called another employee and a manager and neither provided any help. It took a 5th employee to handle the transaction and only by calling a factory rep. Spent over 1 hour trying to make a single purchase

Along with the store being clean and presentable, I thoroughly enjoy seeing new items and merchandise. Of course, the store's team members are always willing to assist with my questions.

Employees attention to customers was excellent. One gentleman went above and beyond to meet my needs. These employees were well trained for customer satisfaction.

The store was very clean. We were looking to purchase storm doors. The associate in that department was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will be purchasing 2 and having them installed.

This store and the associates are usually very good but recently asked two different young boys for assistance in the garden area but they were more concerned about how long until their shifts ended than helping me.

Why don't the carts for the handicapped work? My mom won't shop here for this exact reason.

This place is great. They have everything! Employees always friendly and helpful. They have lots of stuff I haven't been able to find at other local stores. Which means I don't have to order online and then pay more for shipping than the item I want.

This store is well run by a good team of solid experienced staff. Their teamwork and commitment to customer service are outstanding. Feel free to ask questions... they will have the answer or get you the answers.

Employees are always asking if you need help, which is awesome! On my last visit, I had three people ask me if I needed assistance, which is normal for this location. However, when I finally did say "yes, I am going to need a cart," they looked up the isle we were in (in the back of the store) and told me they didn't see any, and that the carts are located at the front. Since I had a full armload of flooring, it would have been incredibly helpful to snag a cart for me. This would have been going above and beyond, but they were still pleasant with me. Overall, selection of flooring is much better than the competitor down the street, and their pricing is wonderful!

Empty/picked over/limited stock especially on sale items. Absolutely awful experience with Customer Service - they were rude/incompetent and made no attempt to assist us. Most associates seemed more concerned with store closing duties than assisting customers.

Went looking for a ceiling fan/light fixture and was easily directed by employee to the correct area. After cruising the inventory, I found another employee to discuss the product with and compare sizes and styles and decided on a particular one. Then he helped pick it up from the shelf and put it in my basket, which I then rode up to the cashier and she scanned it without me having to lift it out of the cart. All in all, everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Arrived in store today and browsed around looking for shelves for my kitchen cabinets. Associates greeted me at various locations in the store and then after I selected my shelves, an associate was very kind to cut them to the size I needed. Hard to find retail locations with so many associates willing to reach out to customers and to do so with a smile. Great shopping experience today.

I needed some home repair items on New Year's Day and was so glad Home Depot was open. Two sales associates were readily available to answer questions and help me fine the items I needed. My hands were full at the checkout, and the cashier helped me with the items. Thank you, Home Depot!

I just wanna say that Jisha and Jane were a big help at helping me at the Customer Service Desk even though they didn't have to help me but they insisted on helping. Thank you again Jisha and Jane!

Was impressed with John in gardening when I called to check that the item that I was looking for was in stock. There weren't any on the shelf even though the computer showed they had 5. He went out of his to find them, still in receiving.
