I have lots of help when I go to this store. Everyone is very helpful.

Sarah and the girl at customer service were great in helping me and cashing me out!! The manager helped me with my order instead of trying to figure it out on my own!! Great customer service!!!

I have always received excellent customer service at this store, and my most recent experience was no exception. "Kate" who now works in electrical, (but previously worked in paint), came to my aid - mixing a small amount of paint very quickly.

Employee Dominic was very helpful in lawn and garden. But don't get items delivered because it takes to long.

If you ever have an issue with an appliance you've purchased from this store, rest assured that Christine will take care of it! I cannot thank her enough for her diligence in rectifying my issue whereas the manufacture, was not helpful at all. Christine is a true asset to the Home Depot in Westfield, MA!!!

The store is clean and easy to navigate. The associates in the riding mower area were friendly and helpful. Bekka was the associate that did an outstanding job answering all our questions concerning the Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1-50 Zero Turn Mower that we were interested in purchasing Monday May 11, 2020. The associates in the rental dept were also very helpful setting us up with a utility trailer to transport our new mower. Yes I recommend this store often.

The assistant manager was incredible! He went above and beyond by helping me find what I needed, cutting the material and overall just super friendly. I greatly appreciated the service provided.

We shop at the Westfield Home Depot quite often. It is always clean and neat. What makes this Home Depot special is their staff. Everyone is right there to help you. Every department has amazing staff!!! And Erica your cashier was fantastic! Thank you for choosing the employees that run the Westfield Home Depot!!!! Great job!

Erica the cashiers greeting every time I check out is wonderful . Erica always has a smile on her face and remembers my name . Gets me checked out in a timely manner that puts a smile on my face.

Tough to find an associate in a given department to help with any questions. It seems that they all say sorry this is not my department, but let me find someone who can help you.

I live equal distance from both stores Westfield and west Springfield but I always end up going to westfield

It is like going to old friends.Every time I go there,which is quite often the greeter seems pleased to see me,greets with a smile.The staff is always helpful,unhurried and pleasant.

The store was very clean and the service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and willing to be of help if I needed it. This goes for every time Im at the store. One thing I will say I and another shopper were not happy about is, we were browsing around outside the garden area entrance when one of the employees closed the gates. It was about 6:30pm and very light outside and pretty warm. The other customer had a basket full of plants and flowers and I had my hands full with a big strawberry plant. The other customer yelled thru the gates at a male employee about why they closed the gates. He answered back "we closing early" I said "why" and saw him walk away toward the center of the garden area inside. He never acknowledged that both of us had a big purchase to make. At that point both of us walked to the main entrance and carried out our business. That was wrong of that male employee to shut the gates as he had to have seen us out there. I guess that would have been the only thing I was irked about. Everyone else was nice. I should have been more assertive.

Employees like Tommy in flooring, are the reason I continue to shop at these stores!
