AMINE AND SAM WENT ABOVE AND BEHOND TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

This Home Depot is just a few minutes from our home and is a go-to place for many of our needs. One thing that stands out is a great team of employees. They are friendly and are anxious to assist. We just had that experience with an employee named Will. He was knowledgeable, courteous and explained what product I needed and why. He then took me right to the product. This customer assistant deserves a special shout-out. If you are ever at the Westfield, Mass. Home Depot and you run into Will, you’ll know what above and beyond really means!

Everyone was so helpful. I’ve never had this kind of service at a Home Depot before!

This store was clean. I had interaction with only two employees. The first was a gentleman named Thomas. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite. He saw me in the aisle looking at hedge trimmers, asked if I needed assistance and stayed with me until I made my purchase. Answered many many questions. This is the best customer service I have ever received in this store. He even walked my items up to the cashier for me. Because of Thomas I ended up purchasing the right tool for my situation at the very best price. He went way above and beyond. Home Depot needs more employees like Thomas. My experience with the cashier at the customer service counter was short but she was polite and speedy. In the past, I have shopped the garden and plant dept and my experience has never been good. You can never find an employee on the floor in that dept. if, there is an employee, they never volunteer to help. The only employee is the cashier near the open door. This is a dept where customer usually have many questions and could use help lifting heavy items. Why no employees on the floor?

The people at the Tre were very friendly and seemed to care about your needs. The store was very clean and had a lot of products on the shelves.

I enjoy shopping at the Westfield Home Depot clean and they all always are there to go the extra mile.

Customer service is always great, store is clean and stocked well.

Went in looking for info on battery operated lawn equipment. Spoke with Thomas who was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the right products for my needs.

Hands down this store has the best staff of all my local HD stores! They are always helpful, available and frankly they have a positive attitude. I may pop by a differently location from time to time because it is closer to where ever I am but THIS is my store of choice, especially if I know I will need some help from a knowledgeable staff member. And if I have a larger purchase or order to make this is THE store that! Jamie Cyran could not have been more patient as he helped me put together the order for a large home improvement project! Shop here, you will be glad you did;)

Store was very clean and neat. Salespeople were very friendly and helpful. Westfield Home Depot is great and always has what we’re looking for. They do offer to look any item up to see when it will be in the store if they happen to be out of any item. Definitely would recommend this store.

Items continually out of stock. Many of the store personnel were not knowledgeable either about items, or where they could be found, and many were not helpful. One was, and I contacted the store to commend that person. Positive feedback should be done, as well as providing feedback on deficient areas.

I will go out of my way to shop at the Westfield Home Depot. It is always kept clean. Associates work hard to keep the products stocked and organized. My sincere thanks to the Pro Desk Associates for always helping me with a real desire for me to be successful.

The orginal associate messed up our order and we only discovered it when we were sent a verification of delievery the day before it was scheduled to be delievered. We called the number provided but they were unable to fix the problem. We had to go to the store where we were directed to the Department Supervisor Carlos Jackson. Carlos took the time to listen to us. He facilitated a return of the not delievered appliance and was able to get us the right model and color appliance. He also removed unneeded additional purchases that were not needed for my type of installation. Additiona he refunded me the amount in cash of the difference. Carlos was a textbook great supervisor. He listened to our compliant and offered a acceptable option. He knew his subject matter and explained in detail every option that we had from delievery options, to additional appliance coverage, to military discounts. He thank my wife and I for our military service and provided me with his buisness card. How he handled this mishap is the only reason I will stil shop at this location.

Praise for Eileen in indoor plants. She took time with me to select the product I need.

Home Depot is my go to store. very helpfull employees, i am in and out with all i need in a jiffy.

The folks at this store are THE BEST!! I live directly between 2 HD's and this one is hands down the most pleasant attitude!!!

Went in to buy a snow blower and they had a lot of them in stock. After I bought it Mike and Gerald brought it out and loaded it onto my trailer.

Jario was so helpful tonight !! I was looking for a patio heater and he was super helpful
