We needed some help in the wood department. Morgan was extremely helpful in finding just the piece of wood we needed to finish a project. She is a real asset to the department into Home Depot!

I'm constantly working on projects. Sometimes I might purchase a few extra items. Never knowing when I might run into a problem and need extras. The people at the customer service are great to deal with.

I went to the West Springfield Home Depot and did not get greeted at all or asked if I needed any help. When I went to the Westfield Home Depot was instantly greeted by Kim Oliver she was a very pleasant to work wit. She listened to what our needs were. She helped us from beginning to end. West Springfield needs to step up their game with their customer service.

Since March I have been purchasing Anderson Series 400 black windows and have had some problems with the quality from the manufacturer. Jamie from Millwork has gone out of his way to assist with all the different problems we have encountered. Even when Anderson said the problems were minor Jamie has gone above and beyond. Another individual is Christina, she has been so helpful and understanding in all contacts. It may not sound very little but neither person thought or acted like these problems were not meaningless. I was and still am displeased with Anderson QC but I can't change manufactures after installing other windows and doors in our home. I still have 3 more windows and a picture window to purchase and Jamie is aware of this.

Staff at Westfield Home Depot are not trained well enough ,questions get answered incorrectly,they don’t know price match policies THAT ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE

Employees are generally helpful and friendly but customer service is not. Customer satisfaction used to be high on the list at HD but is pretty much nonexistent anymore.

I went to buy a shop vac because of tax free weekend. Upon deciding on one I proceeded to go check out. When it rand up its price was higher than the tag on the shelf. When I asked the cashier She became rude and stated that that is the price. When asking to talk to a manager she then angrily took off to another register with a phone. Upon her return with another associate who told her to give me the shelf price she even argued with her. We then went to pay and she angrily took the gift cards I had and processed them she then stated the remaining balance which I handed her. She angrily handed me the change and receipt. The cashie whos name was Maggie on he tag or Margaret needs to learn some manners and that this is no way to treat a customer.

Always a pleasure to do business with the Westfield store. Their positive attitudes and friendly demeanor are inviting and will always assist one with their shopping needs.

The majority of my Home Depot visits are very positive. I do say the lawn mower blades for my 50" Toro are lacking in this store. I have visited more than once in search of these blades and even brought it to an employee' attention , to no avail.

I am a senior citizen with zero handyman capability or knowledge. I wanted a piece of wood to make a "shelf" like structure to keep stuff slightly above ground to protect from flood water in the basement. So I went to this Home Depot early morning. One thing I appreciated was they open at 6 am!! Store was clean (and was being cleaned), there were not too many people and it seemed a perfect time for shopping. I approached a staff member tp help me select the piece of wood I wanted. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful in picking up the wood and cutting it to the size I needed. Then at the self checkout counter the lady helping customers like me was equally good. I am very impressed with the care they showed for a customer. I hope they keep it up!!!!

I went in to buy a piece of wood for a space under my bed so I can make it into a drawer for my clothes. I had specific measurements with me. I was looking around for an attendant who could help and an employee named Morgan asked if I needed help and from there her and her partner Cam helped me and my Mother. I love how they did their job very diligently, and were kind, and got the measurements for the wood exactly how I wanted it. I thank them for giving me the best experience on my first trip ever.

Ordered and paid for items which showed to be in stock. Upon pick up was advised that all items could be found and was told they would be available in a week or so. Later received a call from the store simply canceling my purchase. Complete indifference by both the store and customer service as to the inconvenience and additional expense incurred

Great store and great employees. The store is well-kept and tidy. Most things are very easy to find and shelves look immaculate most days. The employees that have been there for a few years are super helpful and available. Some of the newer employees don’t reach that standard and I have had several rude interactions with them. But most if not all other employees are doing great at the store for customer service.

It is nice to be greeted when entering and leaving the store. Isabel was friendly and answered all my questions. The lumber department was very knowledgeable about the type of wood I needed for my projects. This store goes above and beyond.

I recently purchased carpet form Home Depot in the Westfield MA store. Jaymi Gallant was the clerk who helped me and she was fabulous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If you want great service and a good price see Jaymi!

My trip was a multi purpose trip, from a storage tote to wood screws for a project I was building to the wood required for the project. The wood was my biggest concern because of the weight, especially the piece of 3/4"x4'x8' which needed to be cut. (Joe) who was so helpful picked out the 2'x6'x8' and cut the plywood to my specs made it manageable for me to handle. Thank you Joe and others.

The young lady Ashley who works in customer service solved an issue I had with an online purchase by making the common sense decision and restoring my faith in Home Depot. Thank You Ashley ,Home Depot is Lucky to have you on their payroll !

Store was cless, the employees were helpful the online system needs improvements. The online ordering system should be set up to take multiple forms of payment. You cannot put say 1/2 on a debit card and 1/2 on a HD charge it only allows for 1 form of payment, thus forcing many to put it all on a H D charge! When ordering on line you should be able to split up payments.

3 different employees helped me 1 (Becca D28 ) the product was not on the shelf. 2 {John D31| helped with picking up the remainder of my order as well offered to check me out so I didn't have to get in another line. 3 (Debbie) extremely personable.
