Went there to purchase doors. Ana the cashier was very kind and helpful. But horrible experience with Ms. Neal. She is very unprofessional.

The store is always clean. The employees are always so helpful in directing me to where to find what I am looking for. I have never had a problem finding what I need. They seem to have everything in stock. I have also bought several appliances there. The employees have always been so helpful. It is my go to store for buying appliances and purchasing materials for remodeling.

I AM HAPPY AND TO WHOM RECOMMEND ALSO TELL ME THE EMPLOYEES ARE CO-OPRATIVE

The store is okay but the single line checkout is a nightmare. Even if you can self checkout, you have to wait in the single line until everyone needing a live checkout clerk is taken care of. And half the self-checkouts are either turned off or broken. And no, the machines are not off due to coin shortage. They are marked 'Card Only'.

First off. I had the dream team wait on me. Debra, Rhonda and Isaac we absolutely incredible. They went so far above and beyond to help me, I will forever be grateful to them.

The store is ok. But employees are always talking to each other I always feel I am interrupting them if I ask a question few times I did employee snapped back

I live very close to this store and use it primarily. I was surprised to see every employee, except one, not wearing masks and not practicing social distancing. (I don't think the masks are effective around your neck and not covering your mouth and nose.) Most of the employees did not even have masks around their necks so they were obviously not encouraged I did not see any hand sanitizer anywhere for customers to use.

A female employee was distracted with cell while the line on customer service was been attended by a hispanic young person. She did not care to say next or I will be assisting you shortly. 05/22/20 at 10:05 am

Store was clean and orderly. At customer service, ample staff to help guide me to where water filters were located. I requested a staff to help select the correct water filter and was met with a nice and friendly crew member. IF you need help, you will need to stop at Customer Service and request someone as there is not someone in the store walking around to grab.

This store is better than other Home Depot’s they always give a lot of great customer service 100% from a scale 1-10 they break my scale I would recommend this store to my family and friends to come and shop

Great store, very friendly. They have most everything I need. If I need a larger store with, for example, tool rental, there are stores nearby within easy driving distance.

Most of the employee i met were very friendly and helpful.

There seemed to be adequate employees around to help - i didnt have to go looking for one. They seemed very knowledgeable of the items i was purchasing in the individual departments. Friendly and helpful associates and very clean store.

This location is convenient and the staff (when found) is always willing to help. The one downside is that it is sometimes hard to find someone in a particular department, but if that happens, I have found that I can either go to a cashier or find someone in an orange apron. For the most part, they are able to find someone relatively quickly. I used to get irritated when I couldn't find an associate, but it is the same at all big box building supply stores. I also know someone who used to work with Home Depot, and they are expected to constantly stock shelves, set up promotional sets and move merchandise as well as wait on customers. A good portion of the time, they are the only one working about 5 or 6 aisles at a time. So it might be a better idea if a store manager or a few associates whose sole purpose is to walk around to spot customers looking lost / confused (and help restock items / keep aisles neat and organized). At least then we then wouldn't have to hunt someone down, PLUS the manager would have a better idea of how to properly staff the departments and when the peak times are. I was surprised to be at Home Depot at 8:30pm on a Monday and it was CROWDED. No specials, no holiday, just a standard Monday. I never would have expected that, so it was a good thing I knew exactly where to go to get what I needed. But overall this is a good store, convenient and the staff I do run into are helpful.

We sometimes have large returns of unused materials. These can be frustrating and time consuming transactions. Erika (Manager Returns) took excellent care of us with a recent return, she was fast, friendly, and professional. She even stepped up to solve problems for other Reps while she was taking care of us, and never missed a beat. We appreciate her excellent service and hope 0578 will hire and train more employees that perform like Erika. Erika should be recognized for her efforts, she is a credit to HD and excellent representative for big orange.
