This store is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. A nice young man helped us find what we were looking for and helped us pick out the product the we needed.

I love our local Home Depot. For three years now kindergarten classes at Orchard Elementary have made snowmen out of cedar fencing as gifts for their parents. This year, Home Depot (Pat) donated the paint for our project.

Great store, lots of helpful employees, adequate parking and great selection. I have noticed that nobody carries the DeWALT tools to the extent that Home Depot does. I also like the 6-packs of temporary blinds that are sold here as well.

Though I live near this store, I would rather shop at a different store. This store does not seem to value cleanliness or store organization. Floor appear dirty, and some departments don’t have product put away and cleared from aisles. One time there was 2 full pallets of doors and a partial pallet on the floor in the back aisle, and 2 pallets of window. Individual doors were leaning against a column. When I have called the store with a question, they weren’t always helpful.

The assistance from the associate was very good.

This store in Richland has been going down the hill for the last few months. Non of the workers there is interested to help customers. The self-check cashier saw that I am having heavy items and she did not offer to help me to scan them for me. I had to ask her and she did not even smile or greet me. This is my third experience in the last few months, most workers in this store are stressed and have no interest to help customers

I enjoy coming to this store, it is not far from my home. This time I got to buy a weed wacker. I love where they were. It cracks me up looking at some of them, I feel like they are for very tall people. Which I am not. The people who work there are always nice. At times very helpful with answering your questions.

Pam in kitchen design is the greatest. Answered all my questions and helped me through deciding. Definitely recommend her if you plan on doing a kitchen.

I enjoy coming to this store. The smell of wood hangs in the air. Love walking thought the store. Just to see what is new. I found what I needed in the garden area. The store is always clean. The associates are helpful. If I needed assistance there would be someone close by to help.

Friendly, helpful employees.

I went in to do a workshop. The man didn't know what he was doing, and didn't understand the workshops and handed me a list of materials to find myself. After wandering around in tears collecting stuff, certain I wasn't getting the drill station I was so excited to build I returned to the workshop area to find Pat also at the table. He saw my extreme disappointment (and tears) and took over the workshop and helped me build a fantastic drill station. There was a lot to be desired in the preparedness area but they turned it around in the end.

Maybe I would recommend cuz all the other employees have been really nice except for that one young lady .

Angelica at Home Depot in Richland Washington helped us on 6/3/18 and would like her manager to know how much we appreciated the help. THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE SALESPEOPLE IN THE PAINT DEPT. WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL! THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THEY HAD ALL THE PRODUCT I NEEDED, UNLIKE 2 OTHER STORES I VISITED. AMAZING SERVICE...AND YOU LOOK LONG AND HARD FOR THAT IN TODAYS WORLD!

Very helpful and friendly. We had a large order with many items and they helped us with all of them.

For me your store gives me so many possibilities. My home is my hobby. (Ha! Ha!) Each time I come in, I see all I can do. The smell of wood, the paint area, all the rest. I have fun, just looking around.
