I went in looking for a particular product the day before Thanksgiving and without Monica's help I would have never found it. The place was busy but got my product with her help. Thanks Monica!

After asking for assistance for a top of the rack item, took 3 employees checking on me 30 minutes to locate the PPE they're required to have to use one of the lifts to pull my 2 items down and get checked out 2 minutes following the "high risk merchandise" to the designated check out. Got a fabulous deal/value, but management doesn't ensure staff have required PPE to operate the equipment.

The store was out of the prepackaged 83 wire that I needed and it was about to close. I had driven over 50 MI for a product that said it was on the shelves online, but it turned out there was no stock. I asked for some additional help and the electrical person was not there. The manager and his staff stepped up and helped me find a workaround. Way to go Home Depot. What I found amazing was that not only was I treated well as a customer but the staff treated each other very respectfully as well.

Dwayne Powell is the man to use at this store for all your window and door needs!! Excellent knowledge of products and ease of ordering. Caitlyn from garden center was so kind to give us his business card so we could connect and get order done efficiently. Thank you both for your assistance!!!

Just upgraded my RIGID sawsall. Sincerely appreciate the way Home Depot keeps up with the latest in tools. I did not see this latest at other home stores.

I appreciate that on Easter Sunday the store was well staffed with knowledgeable associates who were able to fill me order and provide information at the tool aisle I was visiting. The tools and stocked accessories were collocated and with good variety of choice to give me the most affordable and well-suited option of a cordless orbital sander and discs I needed for my wife’s birthday. She loved them!

I do all of my theater construction shopping at this store. They have been very helpful and friendly.

We purchased a fridge but will take a month to receive. Ethan helped us and was very knowledgeable about the product and the warranties. He answered all of our questions and handled my husband's tough personality with courtesy and jokes along.

I have tried to use the HD App to get my military discount applied. The 1st 2 times it wouldn't work at all, and the cashier had to scan with her code. I just tried it this afternoon, it said "thank you for your service", but didn't apply the discount. I gave up and paid full price and left. The self-serve cashier was busy helping others. This needs to be fixed or have cashiers keep their code.

I haven't picked it up but I'm already happy because of the positive shopping experience I had at this store!

Seems to always have items in stock and employees are always friendly and helpful.

Kathleen out in the garden section called my wife a sir and then when she was corrected she was told what I can't tell anymore these days. My wife had to leave the store because her feelings were so hurt. And then the lady kept continuing on saying how she put her foot in the mouth and she was embarrassed but the damage had been done she already said exactly how she felt about today's climate

I want to thank the managers of the West Richland Home Depot for being smart enough to stock up on portable air conditioners. They were the only store in town that had any. Out central AC went out on the 4th of July during a heat wave. You guys and gals saved us from the oppressive heat. I bought one on the 6th, and it worked so well I came back on the 7th to buy another one! Alex Hampton helped me load it into my car, thankfully because I never would have been able to do it myself. Exemplary service at this store. Very helpful and friendly employees. And we can add smart too for having enough stock on hand for this heat wave!

This store was the only store in town that had portable air conditioners in stock during our months long heat wave. My home AC went out and could not be fixed right away. Home Depot saved us from our home becoming a sweat box. Every other store had run out of portable AC's. Also the employees were very helpful and fast even though they were very busy.

In recent shopping trips here it has taken an above average amount of time to get assistance with retrieving items. The website will indicate an item is in stock but they may not be on the shelves. It took nearly 45 minutes to get an item I specifically went there to purchase. On a previous trip it took a long time after purchasing a grill to get someone to help unlock the grill from out front. Difficult to recommend this store if you are in a rush or in a time crunch if the item you need requires assistance to get. Overall associates are friendly.

Store was clean and organized. Help was friendly and eager to help. I have come to expect this kind of service here.

I went to Home Depot to pick up pavers and bags of gravel. I asked for assistance lifting the bags of gravel onto my cart and was told by the cashier after she requested assistance that there was not anyone that could help since they were all unloading a truck. Dumbfounded in this manager training failure about how to provide customer service, I bought the pavers and due to health issues had to skip buying the bags of gravel. Terrible customer service!

If you are looking for landscaping materials, go elsewhere. They have no interest in doing any of the effort for you. At least not any of the several employees my wife and I encountered recently. We wanted to pick up 15 landscaping blocks. Naively thinking we could tell someone what we wanted and someone would help us load them and it would be as simple as that. We were instructed that we would need to take a picture of the "tag" for the blocks, and bring a cart and someone would help us. They were quite rude about it, like it was all our responsibility. I started my search for a flatbed cart. I knew there would be one close. EVERY cart had merchandise on it. Every isle had a cart or two or three, but all were full. I stopped by the vacant customer service desk to grab one of their carts because I knew there were always some there. When I attempted to take one of the returns off of a flatbed, suddenly I was yelled at "That is for a customer"! I thought I was one. "You have to get one from the isle" she barked. All the way to the end of the store and outside I went before finding an empty flatbed. Back to the absolute opposite end of the store for the blocks. I then traded my wife for her phone with a picture of the item "tag" and went to pay for the blocks. After waiting 10 minutes at the "Pro" desk while a new employee was trained I decided to try the self check out cashier. No help there either. "We can't do that here, you have to go to the "Pro" desk she snapped. Another 5 minutes until the same customer I was waiting behind was done. I asked to speak with a manager, but though she was "coming right down" after several minutes I gave up and went to get the blocks. My wife was also being treated rudely at the same time being yelled at that she couldn't go out the door we used just last week when we bought the same blocks. Worst shopping experience ever. Can't imagine how they could have done any worst with customer service.

Hard to think of anything you can't find there.

This store needs the other manager back that has gone the Kennewick store off of 27th! The sales people don't act like they want to help the customers, they don't care how they look! They were not friendly at all! They didn't even ask to look at my RECEIPT!

Lack of employees and employee training result in long delays at checkout, not because of too many people in line but due to poor policies in allowing customers to check out with the store credit cards or gift cards. When they issue a store credit and take your drivers license to enter into their system, if they misspell your name due to their lack of attention, it makes the card unusable without special attention and delays and further holdups in checking out.

We love our West Richland store. thank you so much!
