The employees at this store are extremely helpful. If a product is not in inventory, they will researcht the Home Dept WEB to locate it or an equivalent alternate.

The store while busy at times is usually neat and clean. Employees are courteous and helpful. Store is usually well stocked and normally has what you are looking for. Specialty items may be hard to find, however employees can usually offer advice on where to go to find exactly what you are looking for......and they offer a military discount and parking spaces for the military.

We found everything we needed for our backyard remodel quickly and easily. The staff were helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us load up our landscaping bricks and supplies. This is definitely our go to store for home improvement supplies.

Late in the evening on a hot summer night going in just before closing I was not sure how much help I would get in the store. ALL the staff were not only able to answer my questions they did so very graciously. They were polite and cheerful (especially with a cranky old woman like me). They went out of their way to accommodate me and not only find my products but to cheerfully help me load them into my car. Awesome service with a smile has me always coming back to this store.

Generally have found products to be excellent and a good place to shop; employees go beyond what I normally expect sales staff. Noted on one occasion their pricing software was not current with advertised prices.

Home Depot is the store I go to first. I can usually find what I am looking for at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend them.

The employees are friendly and always have some of the best suggestions for any problem I have. They will take the time to build projects and get me going! Best Home Depot in the tri-cities.

We have many stores in our area, but we have found that this one has exceptional service from top to bottom. If the person I ask doesn’t know, they are quick to get me in touch with the person that does. That really means a lot to me. Time is important to me, and they strive to not waste it.

I loved the staff! They dont get annoyed when you ask for help. Bought a few things.There was a certain part this location didn't have but the employee called to another location where there was.
