Thomas in the appliance department was awesome! He was knowledgeable and friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I'm in the real estate business and understand that excellent customer service is important in building relationships, keeping them and building referral business. Thomas went above and beyond and for that, I'm impressed and will definitely recommend Home Depot!

The contractor desk is terrible here and the supervisor Pedro Botello refused to match my pricing at Lowe’s because I wouldn’t go back and put $1500 in products in my cart first. This is unacceptable, and not consistent to any of the other Home Depot stores. I’ll still shop at Home Depot but I won’t be shopping here. I purchase a lot of electrical parts and I don’t feel I’ll be doing that here anymore. I may even switch to Lowe’s. I feel that they have better prices and customer service anyway.

Always prompt and pleasant greeting and help from store employees. Always plenty of help available for questions. Great Store to shop in!

The customer service was exemplary! Very helpful employees helped with the expedient purchase and loading of 24 huge bags of garden soil! Saved me back breaking, shoulder busting work and time! Thank you Brandon and Dario!!!

It seems on the surface everything is fine. I went to this store to order kitchen and bathroom cabinets and quartz countertops with the project manager of the local construction company I was working with. The cabinets came when promised but it was 1 month later before someone came to measure for the countertops. Then we had to wait 3 weeks for the countertops to be delivered. At the time the men came to get the measurements I was told that my 10 foot counter (barring 1 inch) would be in 1 piece. However when it came in my front door it was in 2 5 foot sections. I said something and the men said wait til we put it together your won't see the seam. They did a respectable job but I know there is a seam right down the middle of the counter. I realize now I should have told them to take the 2 sections back out of my house. I also got 3 bathroom countertops, 3 other smaller kitchen tops, and an "L" countertop that holds the kitchen sink. It also had a diagonal seam that is not so noticeable but again I know there is a seam. I was told it measured up to Industry Standards. However what was promised and what I got was not up to my standards. If there had to be a seam put in as they say, why wasn't I given the option as to where it should be done? These cabinets are billed as custom to the customer but this customer is definitely not pleased! When I called to complain about the quartz I spoke to a nice manager and he tried to figure out the problem. But as he passed on the problem to upper management I was told I couldn't really do anything as the check had been written under the construction company's name and that's who needed to deal with the problem. So it was like I didn't even exist. I have told friends and family that it's okay to get your own supplies there but don't order cabinets or countertops at Home Depot. Also when the backs of the cabinets was ordered somehow the orderer didn't get enough so we had to order more. After 2 months no one can seem to find that order and now we are waiting another 2 months to get the backing to my cabinets. Needless to say this process has taken about 5 months. I realize things are slower now because of Covid19 but it seems like once the check was written for the cabinets and countertops whatever personal help we got became nonexistent.

Anyone looking for a kitchen remodel should visit Pam Roehl. She was extremely knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations I could not recommend her any more than I do! Make sure to make an appointment when meeting with her as she is very busy and can give your project the attention it deserves

store is clean, well stocked, and service is great and friendly! employees are still helpful and cheerfull right up to closing time!

We ordered flooring, trim, and padding on line and when my ordered was ready I got an email that it was ready. My husband and I drove to the store and parked in the pickup parking area and we were pulling a trailer and we let the know we were there and they came right out, loaded all the flooring in the back of our trailer and we were on our way!! Flooring is beautiful and we will be ordering all of our carpeting soon because they are having free installation til January 2021!!

Richland Home Depot was very clean and the Staff was very friendly and helpful with our experience getting a dryer unit for our home....Staff walked us through the process of different dryers that would help us and we chose the one we felt would work...got a Store Clerk and Driver to get off of the shelf from above storage Rack and in a very timely, and loaded on our cart and off to the check-out Clerk, (Sales Cashier) Claudia, very pleasant ....Great Job by All the different Staff members we encountered today....Thank You....

Overall a great store, that is unless you worry about Covid. Employees are not allowed to remind customers to wear a mask and some employees don't wear their mask correctly

So glad that we have a home depot near us. Convienet, fast and friendly.

While the store is clean and neat, the staff courteous, the local store management chooses not to enforce or even actively encourage mask wearing. This means that if you have someone you care about, a simple trip to the store is stressful and not a pleasant experience.

Easy to find what I was looking for and organized well.

The store is clean, has adequate stock, and helpful employees. However management not only refuses to require masks of customers, it doesn't even offer them one except passively at a single entrance. They make a point of blaming corporate. Employees are put at risk by this behavior. I only go when I have to have something.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK, INCLUDING THE SUPERVISOR WERE OK BUT KEPT LYING TO ME. I HAD A RECIEPT FOR $27 GOING TO MY CREDIT CARD AND $81 GOING TO CASH. I NEVER GOT THE CASH. ALL THEY COULD TELL ME IS THAT IT WAS IN THE COMPUTER AND THE COMPUTER RECOGNIZES THAT AS CASH. THE MONEY WAS NEVER REMOVED FROM MY OVERALL BILL. SO WHERE IS IT ??? DID SOMEONE STEAL IT? I WAS ALSO GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT STORIES BY 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ON WHAT HAPPENED. LOTS OF CONFUSION AND LOTS OF COVER UP FROM MY POINT OF VIEW. SINCE WHEN DOES A COMPUTER IDENTIFY MONEY AS CASH AND NOT GIVE IT BACK AS A REFUND.

This home depot DOES NOT require mask as it should.. i hope they discover what the fine is for a store this big we are going to find out!

The store was somewhat clean but was kinda hard to find things recommend the other one.

Seth in the Doors and Windows department really knows his job and was very helpful and friendly as I bought a new storm door and installation.

This store is always well stocked and the staff always offers to help with what your looking for. They do so cheerfully.

Don't expect employees to ask you if you need help finding anything. If you look like you need help they avoid eye contact and may go off in the other direction to avoid contact. If you actually talk to one they often have no clue about the products on the shelves. This is a universal problem with all these big box stores, not just Home Depot.

A young man named Seth waited on us in the door department. He was so pleasant and patient. he actually had to re do all the paperwork, because the other store never sent it over as we were told. he did what he had to do and then he contacted the installed to make sure he knew it was now at this store , so that there would be no delay in our install. He also let us know if we applied for credit card we would save money on this item today. He has waited on us before and always seems to go out of his way to make sure we feel satisfied. We are seniors and that makes it so nice when we get someone like Seth helping us. Wish they were all like him. Your store is lucky to have him.

The employees were quick to assist me in picking my order getting me checked out and loading my truck everyone I encountered in the store was happy cheerful and exercising covet 19 safety measures this is my favorite home improvement store to shop!

We did a kitchen remodel. New Corian counter-tops and tile back-splash. From the kitchen designer to the back-splash installer we were treated so well. Excellent customer service.

Almost always has everything I am looking for and location makes sense.

Not a satisfactory shopping trip. They don't have enough product and although it is spring clean up and time to spread mulch the (West Richland) shipment scheduled for another MONTH. But, I am welcome to go to their Kennewick store that may have 200 bags
