THERE WAS ONLY ONE REGISTER WITH AN EMPLOYEE OPEN FOR THE ENTIRE STORE !!!! FOR THE SIZE OF HOME DEPOT, THERE SHOULD BE MORE REGISTERS OPEN!!! TOTAL DISRESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN !!!

Aaliyah outside was very nice! The guy who helped me to the car as well, an older guy!

In most cases I can find what I am looking for and pricing is good compared to the other big box stores like Menards and Lowes. Also get the help needed from your associates

Store is clean and folks are very helpful. Homeowners remodeling our kitchen, we got a lot of help from Erin on our countertop selection.

There was only 1 choice of the lumber I was looking for. I am sure a 2"x2" is not that out of the ordinary. I asked for assistance loading a 6'x 8' fence panel. The cashier called for someone but no one ever showed up to help. The isle I needed to look in was almost completely blocked by 2 associated assembling wheel barrows. Those 2 associates were on either side of the isle and didn't move when people were trying to get through. Really, there is no other area for assembly? In the future i will probably shop elsewhere.

I love this store I'm always in there shopping twice a week! Customer service is impeccable well knowledgeable on the products that are in the store Had the most wonderful help from Ms. Kim W.(appliances)can't thank her enough good customer service is hard to find for her to go above good customer service is great

This store has a nice supply of everything you need. I was able to get everything On my list I needed for my project. An associate from garden named Andrew was very helpful.

Great team at the paint desk!

My washer went out and I had to purchase another one rather quickly. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by each of the employees at the Wauwatosa Home Depot. They have to go in to work everyday amidst this COVID-19 pandemic and each of them (Rick, Grant and Amy) displayed helpful, positive and genuinely happy dispositions. Thank you for being such wonderful people to encounter during this crisis and for being there everyday!!

We like how nice and helpful this HD store is at all times that we shop there. Their team are very knowledgeable about the products they carry or sell. Not like Menards were they always have to find someone else to answer the question.

Worst experience ever. I was told to haul in the wrong item that was delivered knowing good well the coronavirus is a global concern.

I go to this Home Depot all the time they give me great service, A girl named Samantha came over from another department to help me order a door, staff seems to get you the help you need fast

Fantastic service in the flooring department by Daviona and Mabel. Help choosing carpet and pad that we needed in a rush! Entire experience was positive starting in the Wauwatosa store, followed by the gentleman that came to measure and the professional 3 man CREW that did the installation all in the time promised.

The best Customers Services Care I ever received the Managers and the very friendly cashiers and tool rentals repairs shop guys Cares about there Customers First great job guys keep up the good training skills.

The employees in the paint department were very helpful specifically the African American gentleman.

Justin and Natalie are awesome. He is helping me through all of these horrible issues. Justin is my now go to person. The other managers were not helpful whatsoever. I would not go back if it wasn’t for these 2 ppl. Thank you also for my military discount. The money for my floor, electrical sockets, and food need to come quicker. Justin didn’t do anything wrong. The installation process was idiotic and horrendous.

Keep up the good customer service I always love shopping here.
