David M. (Also, sometimes called Dave M.) **He works in Electronics.** at your Wauwatosa, WI. store, Gave me EXCELLENT/SUPERIOR SERVICE!!! He stopped what he was doing to contently listen to my *plumbing problems, and gave me his expert advice to a rapid solution. I went home, did Exactly what he said, and the problem was fixed in less than 2 minutes!!! David M. saved me a lot of money, where I DID NOT have to hire a Plummer, who more than likely would of taken advantage of me, for I am a woman, who knows nothing about plumbing. David M. Is Great! Thank You Home Depot!!! Because of this Superior employee, I’m recommending this Home Depot to my colleagues, friends, and family!!! *Great Service,* and *Leadership Skills*....Thank you again!!! :)

We were taken care of right away when we walked into the store. The Appliances Department sales associate was busy with a customer, but excused herself to get another sales associate to help us. That was impressive. We had the measurements and explained exactly what we were interested in and Kim W. showed us our options and was very helpful. Thank you.

Wauwatosa Home Depot where nobody knows what a yard stick is... I literally asked four employees where I could find a yard stick and threw didn’t even know what one was, and the fourth said they didn’t sell them. Funny part is, I asked the guy at the paint counter and he just looked at me funny when they are literally merchandised next to the counter (I had to find them myself). Home Depot as a whole is not the company it once was. Now it is filled with complacent associates who don't seem to want to be bothered with helping someone and even if you ask them for help, the don't seem to know anything. You're better off elsewhere.

KimW was very patient and helpful with us to understand appliance inventory ultimately finding a solution to meet our needs. Kathy in Kitchen design (cabinets) was very knowledgeable to help us scope our kitchen layout and order cabinets.

Peyton at the service desk was really friendly and outgoing. Made me laugh!

i had came in the store for a return. i was greeted by omairalys. she had excellent customer service.

Another wasted trip to the wauwatosa home depot in two weeks. First it was for 2x3x8 lumber. Not in stock and don't carry it any more. Today it was for 4x8x7/16 osb. Not in stock and don't carry it any more...even though the wauwatosa home depot website says there are hundreds in stock. This place has become a joke.

Best home depot !! Their cashiers are fast and friendly.

Cherise listened to an issue another store created for me. She understood the situation although odd, she made some calls got some Information. And helped me get going. I really appreciated that she took the time to listen and not just shut me down. She cared and it showed that she wanted to help me. We need more people like her, that will be great with others and will spend the time to really engage with a stranger on a personable and truthful level. Well done Cherise! The employees at this store were easy to find, knowledgeable about where products were located and willing to find someone to help me if they themselves couldn't. The manager of this store, Justin M., is a careful listener and a deft problem solver who knows how to keep this customer coming back

I started a rough in plumbing job at my home and made a fairly large purchase for all of the copper, fittings, pvc etc and thought I had everything I need to do the job only to find out I needed additional items after six trips to the store on the same day the employees were having fun with me seeing me so much - best part of the story is that the employees were very knowledgeable and they had all the items I needed every time I went in. I now know why plumbers get paid what they do - maybe next time I will hire one. Great experience - and great employee that are knowledgeable with the products in their departments.

We are repainting the house, and I went into home Depot. and John was at the paint counter. He went beyond his customer service skills and really helped me pick out paint. Told me to take some samples home and two days later came back and told him what I wanted and he got the job done! Thank you John so much for helping me with everything.. I went with his suggestions of Wheat Bread, and Natural Grey with Behr paint eggshell!

Many tools are locked up and it can be challenging to find the right employee to unlock them. Besides that it is an average store.

As someone worried about a clean and safe environment - I was not happy with my most recent visit. Many of the employees wore their face masks around their chin.

Shakirah and Aaliyah at the check out lines were super helpful and polite. Made my experience so much better!

I wouldn’t recommend this store solely on the knowledge of the shift managers that work here. Drew in particular is not very knowledgeable about the coupons, discounts etc.

The staff at this location are fantastic. They are helpful, friendly, take their time to help you, and available. Had 5 employees ask me if I needed any assistance, and all were knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the staff at this location.

The associate at the return counter wasn't helpful. After several attempts to communicate with her, I requested the manager, Michael Kamps. Michael was excellent! He accurately accomplished my return in approximately 1 minute! He was kind and professional!

Associates are always doing their best to help customers. Store is clean and is safe.

The presence of newly hired employees didn’t turn me away because at this location there are very knowledgeable employees. They believed in my project and were instrumental in making sure everything connected. At another Home Depot location the experience was opposite starting with the installer who pretended to take my measurements and never sent the findings to the location. I want to Thank Debra and Terry for making me feel like a valued customer.

Store is well organized and employees are so helpful. Can’t ask for more.

Many of the employees at this store are not well trained, it looked like they hire anyone who can pass the drug test. Their customer service skills are the worst. If you shop at this Home Depot set aside some time because the lines will be long and cashiers are slow and disinterested in your shopping experience. There is a total void of leadership. And a lot of passing the buck and no manager will respond if you ask for one

There were not enough garden supplies; pots and succulent soil that I wanted and came specifically to buy were not available this visit; one week ago these supplies were on shelves. Plants not organized and well kept as I have seen them in pass seasons.

The customer service center for returning or refunds was very helpful especially with 2 little kids. Savannah and Abigail made my experience easy and quick. Thank you lovely ladies.
