The last couple times I have visited the store every person was pleasant. Danny in appliances was very helpful along with Alexis in flooring along with Gearld and Harrison. The customer service they provided me will keep me returning to this location.

Barb was very helpful and really helped me to get exactly what I needed.

I went to Home depot at 8:00 am to get a leaf blower. I am not a morning person; I hate smiley people. But on my way through the store to self-service check out, 4 people said good morning and asked if I needed help. EEK Then when I got to the check out, the young lady there had to be number five. These young people made my day. AND my snow blower is terrific. Thank you, Home Depot for having such great sales people.

I was in and out extremely quick and they had my replacement water jugs already in a cart for me as I finished paying for them! I get replacement water jugs a couple times a month at different Home Depot locations, this was the first time i've ever had someone do this for me. This was a kind and appreciated gesture, as these water jugs are heavy! Thank you Wauwatosa Store #4923 for going the extra mile.

I have always had great experiences at this location. They always have deals and steals, the plants are healthy, and the store is most often stocked with the essentials and other items I am looking for. In the case when I need help most associates are quick to help one in particular is Reggie. He is a great addition to the store and hope he's treated as such. Thanks to all of you at the Wauwatosa location for being a great place shop.

I had an issue with an online order, not being delivered with all the pieces. Paige at the service desk was excellent, and got on the phone with online support to get me what I needed.

There was some confusion about Promotional Signage and Product Placement. The Home Depot worker Gerald and his manager were kind enough to honor the promotional price. Saving me $200.

After rainstorm I needed surge protectors for electronics and batteries for lanterns. Service Desk Staff Donny listened attentively, discussed options and directed me. His professionalism made me return to him to make my purchase. Customer Service at its FINEST!!!!!!

Friendliest Home Depot we have ever experienced.

A big shout out to the employer JULIE. I was unable to lift or carry my wood chips and Julie went over and beyond to help me load them into the shopping cart, help me ring them up and lastly walked me to my Car and loaded all the bags of wood chips into my small car. Thank you Julie!!!!

This location has some really courteous and helpful employees. From the cashier to the floor people everyone was so helpful. I was really impressed.

I bought two $2800 tractors and first sale was canceled without notifying me and I’m waiting on day 7 for delivery of 2nd tractor. I had to pay someone to cut my grass twice because of non delivery

Truly DJ who works in paint is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen. He made my experience buying stain so enjoyable as I didn’t even know the tools I was missing to make my project work a little better!! Thank you DJ for being so patient and knowledgeable!!

No need to grab a BIG cart, walk around looking for the bulk bags, loading them onto the cart, checking it out, rolling this load to the car and putting it into the trunk. An employee does it all. Super easy and efficient.

I went into the store to pick up a couple of things and was out of there in about 15 minutes. No problem at all.

Was there twice this past weekend and the store was an absolute mess. Aisle were almost impassible, or you were doing the Serpentine moves to get thru the store. Staff not knowledgeable at all if they ever noticed customers at all.
