Every time I go to the HomeDepot, I find someone who is exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable in their particular areas. There is a gentlement who has forgotten more about screws and washer than I'll ever learn. Regardless what kind of fasteners - he knows them all. Another gent is the master when it comes to doors, windows and such. "I am looking for a cordless jigsaw" - "No problem, talk to the gentlemen with the baseball hat over there" Not only did he know exactly what I was looking for - he dug it out from a high-shelf. Great crew over there and I always go home with new knowledge. Thank you, HomeDepot!

Great store. Huge selection, great location (convenient for Watertown and Newton and great service. Also, when something is not in stock you can ship to store.

The store is really struggling. Many employees are not getting basic training on asking additional questions / asking right questions to understand what a customer needs and getting them those supplies, do not really know well their products and how to use them, not looking at people while walking as if dreading customers asking for help, and not using technology to quick look up if something is in stock and where to find it. Ends up being a waste of your time, unless you know exactly what you need, where to find it, and hope that it is there.

Nathan helped me select the kind of plywood I needed to build a ramp. He cut the plywood to the correct size and helped take it to my car. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Many thanks.

I do have a pleasant experience with Stuart of the Customer Service Refund Department on August 9, 2019 at about 12:54pm. There were 4 or 5 counters open for refunds, unfortunately all but Stuart's station was soooo soooo slow, in fact, after serving 1 customer, 2 of the 3 "customer service reps just wondering away while people were still waiting to be served. In the meantime, Stuart finished serving 2 customers while the lady at the other station was still fiddling around with whatever she was doing. I went to Stuart's station and he served me in 1 minute and I was out of there. Stuart is efficient and pleasant, people like that should be promoted up through the ranks at Home Depot, which desperately in need of major improvement in customer service and the overall attitudes of the sales representatives on the floor. One more gentleman (Alex, the tall Russian(?)) who works at the Plumbing department, is FANTASTIC, always working hard and always gave me the correct and honest advice. Great guy..we need more people like Alex.

Customer service was poor, because I feel the knowledge of the first 2 employees that I met were poor , employee number 2 even left me for another customer, the third was excellent and knew what he was doing and how to satisfy my request. I had to search out again for the third employee otherwise I would be still standing there waiting for assistance. Thus the three stars if I had encountered the 3 rd employee first then it would have been a five star

I went in to buy appliances 5 large appliance items for my new home and it was very easy. The associates were helpful.

Bob in Electric is exceptional. He's pleasant, professional and seems to really want to be there. He even thanked me for shopping at HD. On top of that, he was knowledgeable, asked the right questions and knew exactly were to direct me. I wish there were more Bobs at HD

We received a great help and wonderful service from Ricardo, the plumbing specialist. He patiently described the product and explained how to install it with helpful detailed information. He is soft-spoken, considerate and friendly, having a gentle smile on his face the whole time during the interaction even though we asked a lot of questions about the product and all kind of possible technical issues. After we got home, we successfully installed the product we bought within 5 minutes using the instructions and suggestions Ricardo provided to us!

Most of the time we find the store clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. Staff is usually very helpful & nice.

This store has completely turned around it’s customer service. We have lived near this location for a long time and had horrible customer service in the past. This experience was completely different. Every employee we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying their job. Forum went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She was friendly and helpful. She helped us to have a great experience.

Staff has become unwilling or unable to assist. The customer now does more, the staff knows less and also helps less. Customer service should have improved since there are fewer people at the registers. But that is not the case here. Well trained employees would be nice.

They are hanging in there with all the construction around them. Great Job.

My item for delivery was on time and received in good working order

We normally would not recommend this store as we go to Nashua for exceptional customer service and have had prior bad experiences at this location, but Forum helped us and took amazing care of us. Sam in appliances is also fantastic. We will go back and look for them specifically when going to this location

The cashier Jayaraj was very nice at the checkout.

This is where I go to get a wide range of tools and hardware. Only sometimes do I find items (wood, hardware) out of stock.
