If you must go place an order online to be picked up or find Ronaldo or Davon. No one else in the store expect these two employees care or know what they are doing.

Staff are friendly and especially Nathan the floor manager is cool guy.

The home depot Store customer service at the register is one of the best I ever seen. The staff at the registered only is great, however the staff on the floor definitely needs improvement. Mostly some of the staff don't help walk away or simply don't have the knowledge. how ever this store is conveniently located and easy to go in and out. Plus they for the most part have everything you need.

Great layout, always has what you need in stock, employees are extremely polite and helpful and can be found easily. This is probably the best location I have been to and I'm glad it's near me!

Worst shopping experience, no one would help me get what I needed. Waste of my time and energy to go there. Staff is too busy for customers there.

I've taken on a MAMMOTH project using wood and power tools, which I haven't done since the 1980s. I didn't really know what to buy or how I would even get it home. The entirety of the staff I interacted with were friendly and super helpful at every step! I'll go back soon to show the guys in the lumber department pictures of the finished project. I spent over $300 late on a Friday night, lost the receipt, and returned both Saturday and Sunday for returning the truck/key, a replacement receipt, more supplies, and, thanks to Adam, I will be returning some borrowed drills with new bits and accessories! This project has become so much bigger than I had ever imagined, and, the team at Home Depot in Watertown was really essential in helping me get it done! COVID19 has changed how we all do everything, and, thanks to your team, i was able to build a level surface for an above ground inflatable pool for my son, who is immunocompromised. poor service .. long waiting on the lines and no one is answering the phones when you call. Missing 2 BIG boxes from an online order for 3 weeks. I got to pay twice for an order and waited for a refund. Because it's the policy ! Mishandling an order at the pick up has caused me a back pain. Instead of having someone looking for my lost boxes they have me return and cancel the order. Repurchase and of course pay again 1 because it's the return policy ! I called the South Shore Furniture company and they gave me more details in less time. really dis-pointed !

You should go to this location if you know what you want and you don't need help from the employees. Most of them try to avoid you and pretend they don't hear you.

store is always clean and organized

Employees are not wearing masks. Checkout area is configured without social distancing. Employees scold customers who request that employees stand behind the plexiglass screens. This place is like a lesson on how NOT to react to covid-19.

Be sure to know what you want to buy and if possible ask the sale cashier if he or she can assist you without frustrating you with the check out process!

Stood at the self service cash register for over 10 minutes waiting for "customer assistance" while the single supervising cashier ran around trying to help everyone at the six open self checkouts. There was not a single checkout line with an actual cashier. In an attempt to get things moving along the supervisor asked one of two employees who were just standing nearby talking and laughing to open a register. The one who wasn't asked immediately left before being asked to do the same. The one who was asked to open a register said that they wouldn't do it, and also walked away.

Large store with great amount of choices, loved it! The staff know which aisle to help you to find particular items and Reynaldo in blinds and another guy in hardware were SUPER helpful, knew their areas so well. Saved us time!!

Salesperson at the Appliance department is always friendly yet, the highest knowledge. Clear explanation, aftercare, maintenance, and more. Purchasing with confidence with them.

Reynaldo and Alinsson were extremely helpful in helping me get blinds for my windows. I would go back to the store to have them help me again.

Store is large and has most stuff in stock. Employees all very helpful and friendly. Outside of store parking lot, could be kept a bit cleaner, that's about all. Did get a good deal when visiting this store last Saturday when an employee pointed it out to me. Saved $75.

No one in paint department, when associate came back, her colleges thought it was an appropriate to flirt with her instead of letting her do her job. Picked a paint that was far more (and expensive) than what my needs were. She walks away and the next person puts the paint spot on the can and can't be bothered to use the hairdryer so the paint doesn't get on my non painting clothes. There was a large amount of employees touring the store, getting a demonstration or something and no one had the common sense to say "hey let's not block the walkway in-front of the aisle. Cashier was too busy flirting with other employees and then talks to me condescendingly as she didn't see what happened as she was too busy flirting when the issue came up

Terrible customer service by the paint department. When the clerk did not know how to do something, she didn’t have a clue of who to contact. Nor did she or others know who the manager on duty was. When I tried to call the MOD, I got put in a circular loop. The MOD had no voice mail, no pager, no contact details for me to follow up.

A cashier saw I was looking around for help and she asked if I needed assistance. She paged a worker to the isle I was in and he then cut a blind for me that I really needed in my home due to a party I was giving. The cashier was so good to do this and I will not forget her. Her name is Victorine. Thank you for going over and above your normal job duties to help me and the other patrons in your store.
