I was racially profiled by an employee. Not only did she ignore giving my husband and I 6 feet just so she can make sure we can scanned all 4 of our items, she ignored my response when I said we don’t need any help. Not coming back here.

This is a great big store with everything you need for your home improvements but its not facing the main street that it is on. Its facing the inner court. Its across the Street from Target at the Watertown Mall at Arsenal and Elm St.

Employee (Nathan) in kitchen dept patiently answered all of my (and wife’s on FaceTime) questions, even though we were high strung and didn’t deserve it. I can’t imagine a better store culture that led to someone being this professional and genuinely warm.

Of course it is a mix, but most employees are very helpful and want you, the customer, to be happy. The store is generally pretty clean and the shelves are usually pretty tidy. The products are where the Home Depot app says they are.

Terrible experience at this store. I shop and buy a lot of things at HD. Went back to return a product in which there was multible items of the same ( I bought a large order). The return associate would not take it back because she stated it didnt have the original plastic wrap. The product was not opened and it was how I bought it. When buying this product, the girl scanned one barcode for the 4 products. The girl at the return desk told me, if I dont like it to go to which ever store I bought it at and deal with them. I asked for a manager and she said I'm the manager right now.........

The staff are excellent. Things available under single roof

While shopping I approached a rep for help. I said Excuse me and the guy just turned away. So I said Hi and the guy stops walking away and goes "What?" in the most rude way. I didn't want any help from a guy like that so I just told him to forget it. I went to ask for help from another rep and this guy tells me to goto aisle ##. I couldnt find it so I go back to the guy and he says 'You cant even find that?' and starts walking me to the aisle. Then he goes 'Even I can see it from here.' Terribly unprofessional these two guys working here. And the entire time I was courteous and respectful. These guys were just ridiculous from start to finish.

I was looking for shades for my bedroom. I was helped by the amazing Marguerite Gallagher. She was so kind, so patient and really walked me through everything. Found me something in my price range! she deserves to be recognized. So nice! a true asset to home depot! give her an award!!!!

I like the Watertown store because it is the most convenient and has a good variety. I especially like their garden center and seasonal merchandise area. Plant material is good quality. If you see something you might like, don't hesitate, not all selections get re-stocked. Also, you get the best choice if you shop early in the season.

This location does not care about customer safety. Store was overcrowded, no social distancing only 2 cashiers on duty on a Saturday afternoon!

Highly recommend this home depot, I know all HD staff are trained the same, however I feel that this HD has a deep level of appreciation for the community and provides detailed personal service. I purchased my first home recently and they've been a pleasure to work with to try to get appliances and address my other requests as well.

In the survey that I just completed, I mentioned lots of wonderful things about the Watertown Home Depot. As compared to Whole Foods and Trader Joes they were third in customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness. I live approximately 2 miles away from my home in Brighton and have shopped at Home Depot since they opened. The employees are exemplary and always have a smile, great you with hello and are willing to help when I have questions. The store is clean especially during Covid, I have used the rental department numerous times, electrical, paint, and the gardening department, inside and outside. They have a large selection of annuals and perennials which are fairly priced.

The store 2602 most workers they do not like to work there. They just try to littler as possible. Sound like who care about.

the worst store in home depot Watertown. The Massachusetts is tax holiday this weekend. But store 2602 still try to rub customers and charge taxes.

Cashier was not helpful at all. In fact he was disrespectful, cruel and rude.
