Always a good selection and easy to shop!

Everybody in Wasilla knows that THIS Home Depot store hires miserable people that have no knowledge of the things they sell. Their employees are so not helpful, nasty and degrading. They obviously do not want to do their job. And of course, since the employees on the floor think it is acceptable to treat paying customers in such fashion, their managers aren’t doing their job either! I don’t like how employees at this store treat paying customers. Your associates are not friendly and helpful, I guess that’s the power of Home Depot!

All the employees are sooo helpful, super friendly and knowledgeable! It’s my favorite store in town.

I ordered over $900 of building materials. I was told it would be ready at a certain time in the afternoon and I would be called. I didn't get a call by that appointed time, so I went to the store (1st failure). At the store I was told the pro shop was closed and my order hadn't been assembled (2nd failure). Customer service attempted to help. The lady searched the record and saw that someone had written into the record that I would come in to pick up the order 3 days hence (an absolute lie, 3rd failure). Eventually, about an hour later, my order was assembled and a competent young man (Sean) helped me load up. I am a disabled veteran and I don't appreciate Home Depot lying to me and the incompetence. The store was clean and otherwise in order.

Great service from the appliance department over Memorial Day! Bought Washer and Dryer and the associate was very knowledgeable, fun to work with and quick!

This store is my company "backoffice"! I work in Real Estate maintenance and have encountered a lot of strange problems. The emploee's at this store particularly, run like a well oiled machine on high octane fuel. Even if it takes a few employees from separate departments rubbing heads together, I always get options. thank you for helping Alaska DoWork

I shop here every day, great store and staff. Always helpful if you ask. I found everything I was looking for. Got help I needed and yes the store was clean. Associates were all nice and happy to be there.

I was very disappointed that I had to order the new range that I wanted but Paul and Chris were very accommodating. As I sat in your store and called around for the item I wanted, I found I was “promised” a sooner delivery for the same price. I could have easily gone to the competitor, but Paul and Chris provided tons of knowledge and were so extremely helpful, I could not resist doing my business there. The store was well taken care of. The customer assistants were helpful in giving directions to where the products were. The cashier was very helpful in getting me signed up for a store credit card.

Poor customer service, associates are unhelpful because they have no product knowledge that I have seen and apparently they call police on you when they discover missing merchandise simply because you happened to have walked down that aisle during your visit. I would not recommend wasting your time in this store. I would give zero stores but they won't let you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and an overall clean store

When I first moved here from Fairbanks 2 years ago I expected the store to be as great as the Fairbanks store it was not. The store was messy never had what needed and the employees were not so nice. I complained as I’m sure other customers did, because now it is GREAT once again I like going to Home Depot . The employees are wonderful,knowledgeable,and so helpful and that is what makes any store great. Shelves are well stocked and if not just ask someone at customer service they will tell you when it will be in or order for you to pick up later...

This Home Depot is close to where I live, and it feels like a "local" store, not like some big Box Store. The people are excellent in attitude and helpfulness, knowledgeable and informative when I come in with a question about something I am not really sure about. My wife and I joke about this store being my "home away from home" due to the numerous times I have been going there lately due to some remodeling we are doing on our home this past summer. It is my favorite place to go for construction materials and tools.
