We were up in the Waltham area which is a distance from our home, but decided to stop by just to check on prices of new washers and dryers. The prices were very good and an extra 10% was being offered that day. The sales associate, Mr. Gallagher was helpful and and professional and we bought the units on the spot and are having them delivered to RI for a vacation home and trust that will go smoothly. Also stopped by for info at the kitchen and bath depts. to gather info about arranging a future renovation of kitchen and bath at our vacation home and an associate was very helpful with preliminary info. though we hav to go to a RI store if we go ahaead with the renovations. Would recommend this store!

you have wonderful employees. My only concern as an electrician is that I often find that your product shelves are empty and I cant purchase what I need even though you have many in the store.....Thank you

When you want to buy something that you need a quote on, I look for a place that has not just good pricing, although that certainly matters, but just as importantly I want a place that has good samples of what I need to buy and I also want to deal with people who know their products that they are selling, and are very helpful and professional to customers. For me, the Waltham Home Depot is that kind of store.

I COME HERE INSTEAD OF OTHER STORES THAT I AM CLOSER TO BECAUSE OF THE VOLUME OF ITEMS . I did find the product easily, assistance after 6:00 pm is harder to get. Store was clean. Some associates were friendly and helpful

This is a large store. It is wise to ask for help. The staff can make a big difference, plumbing, lighting, door installation, installing carpet - and I'm sure I've forgotten projects they have helped me with.

This is the best Home Depot I have shopped at. The staff is always helpful and friendly. On one trip floor manager Bob helped me load 20 concrete blocks, 10 bags of stone dust and 10 bags of crushed stone in the pouring rain...with a smile! Great store.
