My wife and I purchased a stackable washer/dryer. Bob N. , in Appliances, was terrific. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and had quite a sense of humor! We were very pleased with our overall experience in the appliance department. His colleague, Jinny, was also very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I went in looking for a specific grill for our summer, there was only a display model but none left to guy on the shelves . We went to the customer service desk and asked for assistance and we got help from Nick. He was excellent and got all the information we needed and personally helped us get the display model from the shelf and we were very pleased as it saved us a step in installation. He was curious, personable, and overall a very nice person and helpful. This young man is very good at his job.

When I asked where lighting was, Bob showed me and then helped me find exactly the lamp I wanted, a unique halogen bulb which the store had, to my amazement.

This is consistently one of the best HD stores for homeowners and the trades. At times it can be challenging to find assistance, but overall, employees are friendly and helpful.

I went in for a purchase and was helped right away. Staff was great and they went out of their way to make my purchase as easy as posible.

I had an amazing experience with the appliance team member, Jinny! She helped me fix an issue with an order and helped me reorder the correct item for my mother in law! Her patience went above and beyond. Felipe, the store manager, was also super kind and wanted to make sure all went well with the switch and stopped by to check in that everything was going well! Thank you kindly again for such a WOW shopping experience!

right tool for right job

I have been doing a home refresh and have been to this store over a dozen times in the process. I have been very happy with the store inventory and online order delivery. All of the staff including Edward who helped me this last visit have been great.

I was at Waltham Home depot for the "elbow drain" for the gutter. Drako listened and walked with me, helped me find what I was looking for the All Weather duct tape. Thanks Drako and the work is done.

For the second time I have dealt with Bob Newman in appliances. Bob is very personable. He also makes you laugh. Bob goes above and beyond, making sure you go over everything before committing to your purchase. He goes over demensions, comparing to your old appliance if needed. He also tells you all the ins and outs about returning or needing to reject a delivery for any reason. I know exactly what to expect when the delivery arrives. I know, because of him, what to check once the appliance is in my home. I also know what to keep an eye out for during the 48 hours after delivery and install. Bob is the only person I will go to in appliances because of his honesty, thoroughness and attention to every detail. Thank you Bob!

Would you like your keys to be lighter, not bulging or ripping a hole in your pocket? Then get Home Depot's ZERO GRAVITY KEYS. I think they're made out of titanium, and come in a few distinguishing colors, light as a feather! I could get keys at my local hardware store, but it's worth going all the way to Home Depot to get their zero gravity keys.

I decided to replace my 20 year Toro mower, which in great shape, but I want a new machine. My home Depot experience was stellar and all the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you

We've had many great experiences at this store. The ones that stand out are our very large window treatment purchase, with help from both Nina and Joe. Ours was a large complex order, and they helped us understand which products made sense for our needs. Also we have had excellent customer service from Ed at the front desk.

I have been shopping at the Waltham HD since it opened over 20 years ago. I know the store layout like it was mine. During these years I have been very happy about the store, many employees and the knowledge I have gained through my doing business there. Three employees come to mind who help Me attain such satisfaction. Matt, the cashier, who works in gardening is The best I know. The second employee is Dauphine who has helped me on Many occasions. A new employee, Karl has also earned my praise. I am Quite pleased with the results and treatment I get routinely.!

Tried to buy a power tool that was locked up. No one answered the page to help me. Figured 10 minutes total waiting time was enough and left.

The Paint Department person Samantha knows her job. We got the paint we needed for our ceiling that was stained. This paint did the job very well. A knowledgeable person is always helpful to customers.

Watertown location in comparison has crappy layout, but they have more stuff in stock. Maybe there's also a problem with the accuracy of the stock in waltham

I bout a small heater and it broke. So I brought it back to return it and it was very easy.

I bought 4 50 pounds of cement today and I could not find anyone to help me put into my car. I could not get help from inside store employees. The customer inside the store helped me to put into my cart and Amy the cashier helped me to load them into my car. She is skinny , thin but she has a great heart. Thanks Amy. Your kindness will always be remembered.

Feel happy with the things I've bought.

I had lots of questions about a DIY project involving flooring. I thought this visit would be an investigatory one. But I wound up buying all I needed because Renata McCormish answered all my questions so thoroughly that I feel confident and ready to start my flooring project.

I can usually follow the description on the website. I went to Customer Service and Ericka paged for assistance. Brenden responded and after he saw the item was not there as stated on the website and the bin was empty, he told me he would get assistance from a fork lift operator to locate the pallet. He returned w Matt and they located the pallet. They placed the bags in my cart first. then loaded the pallet in the area. I wish to recognize all 3 employees mentioned for team work and service.
