I live in Florida and visit family in Boston often and I love the west Roxbury home depot

Convenient and close to my home. Friendly and efficient associates. Good quantity of product.

Really good experience yesterday. Really helpful staff. Special kudos to 4pm staff at self help area who helped me get through in record time by reaching out to help me.

The store was clean and had all the product that I came to shop for, which I found w/ the help of the people on the floor, In this case Leah in the Plumbing Dept.

Everyone I worked with was very helpful starting with Natalia in Kitchen Design and Alyssa at the Service Desk, It has been a very positive experience.

The Home Depot in West Roxbury is our Family's and our neighbors (Go - To) Store for all our outdoor and indoor home upkeep and home improvement needs!! The store always is organized, clean, and well stocked! Associates are all helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Special mention to Associates Anne and Rosalyn for providing excellent customer service with a smile!!

Did you find the products you were looking for easily? Yes; except for mothballs -millions of people use them. Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? Yes. Was the store clean? Yes Were our associates friendly and helpful? Yes. All the above are true... Please store mothballs on the shelf with the cleaning and freshening products.

The store is fine but they do not provide bags for small items

I was disappointed to see they're now charging customers for bags.

Store was somewhat crowded, but not uncomfortably so. Found what I was looking for quickly. Checkout was quick and easy. Cashier was very pleasant. I even signed up for a Home Depot card, which was very fast and easy. Veteran discount was nice.

Shelves were not filled couldn't reach what I wanted. I shop at Home Depot stores and never was I told there is a cost for a bag. The 4 boxes I started to purchase 1 fell and was damaged, so a bag would have saved the company money. What I didn't need was a cashier with an attitude.

The store is poorly laid out, and I fount the associates to be less than helpful. I am a Home Depot Associate from a different store, and found this to be quite embarrassing. I had to step in and assist an elderly woman in the Plumbing Dept, because a) no one could help her, and worse yet, b) no one seemed to WANT to help. You Millennials need to get a grip on the working world, and FAST!!! You do NOT get a trophy (paycheck) just for showing up!!! Want to get ahead? WORK hard, be respectful and above all....BE humble.

Old Store with VERY limited HELP! Not very friendly, inventory on the APP did not match what was in the store. Very disappointed.

The associates at this store have always been nice and friendly. Also it have a true warehouse feel.

My beef is that USUALLY the employees on duty in the evenings, speak RUSSIAN (i assume) very well, bcs they certainly dont speak english at ALL!!! Not all but quite a few.. Visit the local lumber yards like East Dedham Builders nearby, WAY better service and no picking thru the lumber rejects pile for "lumber" that should've been firewood.

Convenient location with easy parking. Not enough qualified, knowledgeable or helpful staff. Poor customer service!
