This location went above and beyond the typical shopping experience. I was greeted by a friendly knowledgable employee, then the manager, Daniel provided excellent customer service, supported the Cub Scout projects for the children, and delegated my search for supplies to efficient employees that helped me navigate through the store while helping me with choices that were right for my needs for my project. Juanita was kind and provided options and ideas, while John was a quick and efficient paint magician and mixed the perfect pink for my girl's birdhouse and blue for my son's tool box. I appreciate the great experience and I have very happy builders that learned about tools and paints. We LOVE our Home Depot aprons!

If you are in need of a pick-me-up, seek out Stephanie at the checkout line!! Her genuine joy rubbed off on me and my day!!

This is my favorite location to go to because everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I especially like Craig who works there because he is pretty awesome.

Really appreciate Jerry M. He is always friendly and helpful. Today while checking me out he asked if I was a veteran and we visited several minutes about our military experiences, he a in USAF law enforcement & myself a USAF firefighter. Even though my purchase was small he took the time to reverse my charge and apply a military discount. What a show of respect! Because he goes above and beyond expectations I took note of his name, decided to write a review and will definitely look for him in the future to help me or steer me to who can help. I live close to the Carrollton store but prefer the Plano store on the tollway because of employees like Jerry. Keep up the good work!

I waited in lumber, asked for help twice and pages went out for assistance, but no one came it help. After waiting for at least 20 minutes to have some lumber cut, I left. There were two other people waiting before me, who each needed lumber assistance that required a forklift. By the time I was checking out because I was tired of waiting, the home depot employees had just walked over to the forklift.

Has more inventory and more knowledgeable employees than a store closer to me.

Paint section, great and time efficient. I told him what I was looking for, he didn't ask any questions why i needed it but i got what i needed and he was great. Carpet section was worst of my experience ever in the all retail stores. I asked for help, they didn't even get up but just pointed fingers towards the sample and said "go look at the samples". I didn't find sample I was looking for but similar color I was looking for was on sale but since they were just chilling I instead asked other person I saw and he was helping me out. When I asked for the recommandation for adhesive but instead they started a lesson on why I shouldn't be doing what I was planning to do and turn down the purchases. That's ridiculous!! For that reason, I dont think I'll ever go to this location at all unless I dont see those people.

Shopping in the Plano store is always a good experience/ They have the most friendly and helpful employees.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. John helped me make 3 keys. He was very helpful and engaged in conversation with me. At checkout, Gwen was really nice and helpful. Also, Francis was nearby at checkout. She was equally as friendly and helpful. The staff at this Home Depot is A+++!!

Employees are all professional, courteous and super helpful. Pleasant seasonal offerings and a unique stock of gift cards for a very close to one stop shopping for gifts and home supplies.

the store is clean, well stocked, easy to find and fast check out.

Brad in Home Improvement was very helpful and accommodating. He was knowledgeable and helped us with a cart for a door we bought and helped us to find the right lock for the door. He was cheerful and pleasant.

The people who work here are helpful and polite. The inventory is huge. Even the men talk to female customers like they are human beings. No one is ever condescending. They try really hard to make sure the customer will be happy with what he/she buys. Every time I go in the store, someone goes out of his or her way to help me.

Frankie helped me with a surprise grill for my husband and was kind enough to get his manager Eric to honor the online price in store! They were friendly and professional. Also, I had my kids with me and really appreciated how fast it was loaded in my car. I love this HomeDepot! Best service!

I absolutely love this store. The employees are always helpful, cheerful, and at the ready to answer any questions one may have. From small to large projects, these guys and gals have the knowledge you need to get the job done!

Products easily located, prices reasonable, store was orderly and neat and employees asked if help was needed.

This store stocks a lot of items that other stores do not seem to carry.
