This store is always great. This is my go to shop. They staff is always friendly in self checkout and around the store!

By far the most efficient and overall EXCELLENT staff in any Home depot in the country. They are knowledgeable, happy to assist, and courteous. I hope they continue their hiring practices. I am a dedicated Home Depot customer that will continue to shop here. Shane in gardening went the extra mile to assist me!! Forget the others, shop this Home Deepot!!

Rebecca Ballman in the flooring department provided outstanding assistance, offering me a 50% discount on a piece of pet turf, which was a great help considering my fixed income. Despite feeling unwell, she graciously watched over my cart while I tended to other tasks. Later, she escorted me to the service desk, where Eden Smith efficiently assisted me with checkout. Their kindness and efficiency were particularly appreciated during my illness, and I'm grateful for their exceptional service.

This store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful. I haven't been unsatisfied yet.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had I asked the cashier before they charged one of my store credits to check the balance. Now I still have to keep up with two store credits. This is ridiculous. The store manager needs to be making sure that all cashiers are fully trained and our listing to customers before they start Using the register. This person should have been used for the lot instead of ringing customers up.

I was looking for a specific item asked a store employee to send someone to help… very quickly heard the announcement on the speaker and an associate was there very quickly to assist us!

Toni is rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She’s also very loud, condescending, and mistreats customers. She should NOT be allowed to interact with customers until she improves her customer service skills. She acts as if she doesn’t like people and if she doesn’t like people, she should not work in a customer facing role. Because of her ugly attitude, I will NEVER visit this store again.

Bought a microwave and will be back for further appliance purchases.

Every time I have visited this location the store is always clean and the associate's are all smiling and happy to assist, I have never been disappointed.

I had an experience with an employee several years ago. I was invited to the Home Depot Christmas party. I was so impressed how the employees are a family. They absolutely support each other. Very nice to see.

Zack in the lighting department is the best. Hands down best customer service I've had at a Home Depot. If you need lighting, this is the guy.

I have been a customer of this store for over 30 years. I have always found the inventory adequate and the prices to be fair. Always friendly and helpful associates, I shop at this Home Depot because of it's location, inventory, competitive prices, and convenient hours of operation. Great help attitude by Russell and Mike

When we got to the store they were very busy. They were moving something heavy with the forklift. I overheard this young woman encouraging/coaching a team member to use a louder voice when moving the fork lift to keep customers safe. She then looked over and saw us and immediately approached us how she could assist. I had no idea she was the manager until her professionalism made me want to look for her name tag. I then saw that she was the store manager. She was exceptional from start to finish.

The last several times I have visited this Home Depot I have encountered very polite /friendly/helpful employees. That is so refreshing since there are so many salty people that don’t want to work everywhere these days!

I purchased 17 2X6s and was charged for 177. I bought several other items and didn't catch it until I got home. Called and the manager, Toni, was rude, didn't apologize and said I would have to come back in despite the fact it was a credit card purchase that could be fixed over the phone. Eventually she listened to reason and claimed she would fix it.

Assistant manager Esain Ortiz is the epitome of customer service and professionalism. He is affable, knowledgable and has a knack for making the customer feel appreciated.

When needing garden supplies or tools of some kind I can always go to my Home Depot and ask a question if I cannot find what I'm looking for, just find the orange shirt with Home Depot and they will help me.

The employee Richard went above and beyond expectations to help us find the parts we needed for our replacement sink!! He was super amazing!! Thank you so much Richard!!!

They had a great sale and I could not resist, wife got new appliances and I got lucky!

I appreciate the employee who made sure if the product was outside before he sent me into the heat. The employee at the checkout was friendly and helpful. When I left I felt like a customer that they care about shopping at their store.

JL’s concern is to go home, not serve the customer. It was 10 minutes before closing and I asked about the difference between the paint grades. He snapped and said, “SIR! It’s 10 minutes before closing, just pick one!!” I asked him to link the purchased paint to my account. His response: I’m not gonna do that, followed by a dismissive wave of the hand. He has been unhelpful in the past. Other associates are much friendlier. This one kid just completely soured my experience at this HD location.

Been going here over 30 years. Always a helpful team especially Kiera in Customer Service. She goes the extra mile to serve customers like our family.
