Very clean store, well kept. Helpful associates, especially in paint and hardware sections.

I have been going to the Home Depot for over 15 years. Home Depot is only about 6 miles from my house and I can almost everything I need for in the house and outside. They always have what I need in stock and if not they help me order what I need. I spend most of my time in the back yard. Always the store look great.

Well organized and the products were easy to find. Employees were friendly and helpful! Will definitely visit again!

I needed help purchasing lumber. The employee told me he only had 10 more minutes till he clocked out. He told me that the finished poplar lumber I wanted was sold per foot, not per piece. He then walked away from me. A mini later I saw him cutting a piece of plywood for a man. It appears the employee did not want to help me.

Rosa and her team were customer centric and very helpful. Great attitude and expeditious.

This store has made major improvements over the last three years. Staff seems to be much more friendly and competent.

I received exceptional customer service from an employee named Jared who went above and beyond to try and help me find a specialty tool. Unfortunately we were unable to find it stocked at HD but I appreciated the effort very much.

More workers need to be hired. It gets tiresome trying to find someone to answer questions or point one in the right direction.

I already knew what I was looking for but had 1 item I could not find so ended up needing assistance. HD employee was very helpful finding it for me. Check out time was less then 5 mins. Cashier (Loree) was very nice and helpful. The part of the store I shopped in was clean and organized. Keep up the great customer service....

Customer service at this Plano location is basically non-existent. They treat paying customers as common criminals. I attempted to exchange an item I purchased no more than 45 min earlier for the correct model. the item was unopened & I had my original purchase receipt. Because I used a partial store credit for the original purchase, my request to exchange the item was denied. I appealed to management who said there was nothing they could do. I was then told to call a number where the representative basically accused me of committing return fraud and am left stuck with the wrong item unless I go through their 2 month appeals process to "try" to determine if they will allow me to exchange it. All because I used a partial store credit given to me by Home Depot!!!! As a retailer you should inform your consumer what could happen should you wish to exchange/return an item where a store credit was applied BEFORE they make the purchase. Their judgemental cashiers/management staff at this location were simply offensive. They don't advise customers up front about their use of The Retail Equation when making returns. If you cannot honor your return/exchange policy as printed on the receipt, it should be modified or removed. They should make customers aware they are providing your driver's license number to a 3rd party vendor w/o their expressed permission. Either their staff is poorly educated on the use of this 3rd party service or intentionally being deceptive by stating The Home Depot has no say in the authorization parameters for exchanges/returns set by TRE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! Take your business somewhere that treats customers with the dignity & respect they deserve and is aware that a store return is not always a criminal act.

Recently I was in need of a new air conditioner and I had a particular one in mind. so, I called around and found this store in Plano TX had just 1! I spoke to Billy on the phone and he was so kind as to verify the 1 unit and so I made the 75 mile journey to purchase. I found it just as he had described up front. Flat blue carts were available and with a little help I was successful in purchasing. The store was well stocked in a few other items I needed and the aisles were open and not cluttered.

Store was nice and orderly, helped wonderfully by guy named Blake who mentioned a review be a good way to let the store know it’s doing a good job.

Most all my visits are successful and pleasant with respect to finding what I need or getting assistance. I had a great visit today getting a door/key lock set replaced and re-keyed (Thanks Dale). Quick, efficient, friendly! They have my loyalty.

The store was clean. Aisles were clutter free. Items I was looking for were easy to find if not an employee was usally close by to help with assistance. Check out was fast and easy. Employees were friendly. Acknowledged you coming in and going out.

This was the first time I have had an issue with online pick-up and yet Tara at the Customer Service desk also made it the best Home Depot experience I have had. She was one of the friendliest and most helpful associates during the initial pick-up as well as the return. I don't write reviews for stores but because of the service she provided I felt I had to, it was just that good.

The Plano store located on W Park Blvd is a pleasure to visit. It is always neat, clean, and items are clearly displayed in the best ways to entice purchases. I was especially impressed by a 12-year associate named Tanner, who was 100% dedicated to solving a warranty problem for me. He is professional, courteous, kind, dedicated, and knowledgeable of procedures in how to solve a problem, getting the job done. For him, clearly the customer comes first. He never forgets that the customer is the reason why Home Depot is in business. He is quite an asset. This location employs many associates who are as dedicated to serving the public. It is a pleasure to visit there and buy, buy, buy!

EVERY EMPLOYEE is so knowledgable, helpful, and ready to assist. By the time you're done with them, they feel like family.

I was in the area having lunch and remembered I need an item. I stopped by and was in and out fast. Thanks to Chuck who took me to the product I needed. He was very helpful.

I am a 69 yr old female DIYer. At Home Depot I have to chase down employees for help loading lumber in store and at my truck. With only self-check and 1 cashier and 6 people in line I had to go ask for more cashiers. My cashier thanked me for asking for another cashier. He said that if he calls for another cashier, nothing happens.

Go here first when you need home products. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

At this Home Depot I can always find a friendly and knowledgeable person to help me find what I need. Don't need to go any other place.

Store is clean and aisles are clearly marked. I love that this store has "experts" aka: semi-retired/retired contractors (like former licensed plumbers and/ or electricians) as well as regular employees that know their stuff. This store has staff with low turnover so it's fun to shop here seeing employees that you have come to know over the years. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job and are very friendly. I am always impressed by their selection of brands and pricing for everything from lawn mowers to kitchen appliances to air conditioner filters.
