All the employees at store # 730--including the store manager, are always very helpful and informative. And if they don't know the answer--they call an associate that does. Being able to check availability and location "on line" prior to visiting the store also saves me time.

Everyone in the store is so helpful and friendly unlike other Home Depot’s Kimberly the cashier is the best

The associates made this season of difficulty so much like normal. They spoke, smiled with their eyes, were intentionally helpful (like Publix;-) and those who served us were over-the-top helpful. Like I said, it felt like we were normal people and they were absolutely wonderful. So appreciated!

We were in need of replacement window sashes. The Millwork Specialist, was in the department (we didn’t need to go searching for someone to help us), he was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. We emailed him our product info and he got back to us right away. He researched and gave us the info we needed. THIS is how customer service should be. He is definitely an asset to this store! Employees were incredibly friendly and helpful!

I was glad to see there were people at the registers. The lady that I checked out with asked me if I was ready. I prefer not to do self check out. I was happy to see more than one at the registers today.

We live 35 miles from this Home Depot and do not mind because this Home Depot is so well stocked. Every time we have shopped at this location the employees have been extremely friendly and customer oriented. A very pleasant shopping experience.

None of the associates was willing to assist me in retrieving, carrying, and loading 6 80 pound sacks of concrete. I asked three different associates for help, but was ignored. Under normal circumstances, I would not have minded. but the way the store is setup now with only one way in and one way out, the distance from the concrete location to my truck is many times farther that usual. This was a disappointing experience, especially since there were a lot of young men seemingly standing around with nothing to do, yet unwilling to help an older retiree.

Very friendly staff and organized store. Sally made the checkout process quick and eased minds by cleaning in between customers to reduce the risks during the current issues we are experiencing right now. A+ for Sally!!

This particular Home Depot Store on Kingston Pike (Seven Oaks) is my favorite in Knoxville, TN. They tend to have more items in stock; their Associates are very professional, helpful, and friendly.

We moved to this area 6 months ago and have made several trips to this Home Depot store location for things for our new home. We have not had any problems finding what we needed. We have always been to get assistance when needed. They were always helpful.
