Always had great customer service!!!!

Brendon in plumbing (Aisle 7) was a terrific help in finding and applying a few PVC items. These were very specific items needed to complete a garbage disposer project. When I returned home, I was able to wrap up the project in record time. Thank you Brendon!

Wonderful shopping experience as always. Ingryd was very pleasant and friendly at the register.

Taylor in customer service was so helpful and patient; even though it was extremely busy when we were there. She helped us with our need and was efficient and kind.

Went to Home Depot today and had a manager refuse to match a competitor's coupon at check out even though Home Depot has matched these competitor's coupons at other times. At my car I realized the 'deal of the day' I bought didn't ring up correctly. I went back in to the service desk where the lady had no idea what the 'deal of the day' was and that Home Depot even offered such a thing. After showing her on my phone, she said those savings are only available online. I then had to show her online where it says it's available in-store and online. Finally, she refunded me the difference. It's frustrating to encounter employees who don't know their company's offerings or policies and to have to fight with them over it. It's also frustrating to have such inconsistency on 'matching' competitor prices and coupons. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't....

This store is my default go-to DYI place. The staff is always super helpful, and since the COVID-19 hit, and HD took aggressive action to protect me and other customers, I don't hesitate to venture into the store. Thanks to the HD app, I also know exactly what is available in store, and where it is. All associates are very good, but I want to single out Lynnette, who was exceptionally patient and helpful recently when there was a problem with my HD account that needed fixing. We have used almost every service HD West Knoxville has, and NEVER been disappointed.

The employees were very friendly and you could see a smile under their mask. Macey helps us find a Christmas wreath. She has a great personality and wanted to help us as soon as she saw us.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they are needing. I've worked with several staff members and have always left satisfied my trip was successful.

Home Depot is a great place to shop!

The Home Depot I always shop. Very convenient and store is always in good shape. Short on some product, but that's the same across most all stores.

If you need help in the construction area or pro desk, you would do very well to ask for John Burton. he goes above and beyond when helping people and is very patient and helpful! Highly recommend him!!

The store associates went out of their way to help me locate specific nut & bolt sizes. I appreciated the assistance!

I was very disappointed in the apparent lack of procedure to abide by our local mask ordinance and ensure the safety of all customers. I countered no less than 20 customers with no masks and several employees only half way wearing their masks—defeating the purpose of PPE.

Everyone is always so helpful! There has been several times Ronnie has gone out of his way to help me find something. And suggest others things that I may have not thought of!

Great Store when it comes to products, but not all people are wearing face mask.

Great home improvement store in west knoxville. If they don't have your product they will certainly order it for you.

Employees are not empowered to deal with gift card problems.

Matt in flooring may all of the difference. He was patient and kind when listening to all of my questions and provided an excellent solution for what I was trying to accomplish - matching mortar colors. Well done Matt!

This store is easy to shop, especially with the Home Depot App. The employees are friendly and willing to help.

The store was very clean and easy to navigate. I was particularly impressed with our cashier, Patricia. She went out of her way to help us, and had a very pleasing personality. Prices were excellent, altogether a great experience.

All home improvement stores sell the same items for the same prices. What sets a store apart, especially for DIYers is the employees. My old home depot had amazingly helpful employees that always went above and beyond. This home depot does not. It feels like a hassle getting any help even just to find something, let alone asking questions. It's very disappointing because I love home depot, but if I can't get help when I need it, I'll have to go somewhere else.

This store works great. The employee's are friendly and helpful. I purchased a fairly large amount of wood to build a deck. Home Depot delivered everything just as promised, other than the timing, but the wood is in short supply so that was not their fault. I have never had a problem at this home depot that was not sorted out quickly.

The store is clean and well organized. I received help from employees and they seemed happy to help. The selection is great for items they carry and prices are usually competitive with other retailers.

The employees I spoke to admitted that Home Depot and this store has a policy against allowing dogs in the stores. While I was in this store today I was bitten by a customer's dog. Why weren't the employees enforcing the store's policy. This isn't the first time I have had a problem with the employees in this store. The employees here tend to be less friendly and helpful as compared to other Home Depots I shop at. This location was convenient for where I was going today but I'll go the extra miles and avoid this store in the future.

Based on the volume of business each time I go into the store, waiting in line to be checked out has always been quick the employees have been most helpful when questions asked.

Except for the girl at the entrance who didn't listen when I asked where to find space saving storage bags (she sent me to vacuum cleaners), I very much enjoyed my experience. There Was a young man who helped settle my feathers abt the girl up front, but I neglected to get his name. He wore some great looking tortoise rim glasses, dressed very neatly w/a great haircut. The store was quite busy but I felt I got the attention I needed. I saw no problem w/clutter or disarray & the hand sanitizers were a nice touch. Brittany was the highlight of my visit.

good people run it and know their stuff for the most part. during this COVID-19 time, they need to enforce the mask wearing of the customers like it says on the signs coming in. some customers didn't have masks on and they were still allowed in.
