This is my go-to store for DIY home maintenance and improvement. Easy access via I-40; always well stocked; and AVAILABLE FRIENDLY employees!

I purchased carpet from Home Depot intending it to be merely a second quote because I thought another company would be my first choice. I almost always get 2-3 quotes. However, the quality of the carpet and laminate steps and the better price Home Depot offered as well as the professionalism of the people I talked to caused me to change my mind.

I would like to give a shout out to Steve C. (flooring) and Gideon for their exceptional customer service. They Rock!!! It's awesome to have folks that smile and want to help make sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. THANK YOU BOTH!

We purchased many items for our home and greatly appreciated Pattie in the appliance department. She knew everything about the appliances and helped us pick out the best washer and dryer. Other store employees were helpful and kind too! Will be shopping here again

I needed assistance and clarity regarding the materials needed for our new deck. Both Kristin A. and Susie T. were very knowledgeable and courteous.

Replacing the under counter lights seemed simple but it was not. Thanks to the customer service at this location, it was easy to find the correct parts and complete the installation.

Too many of the same plants, not enough of a variety. Also many were diseased.

Very rude customer service and manager. They were too concerned with policies to make the correct decision.

The parking lot need redone especially at the garden entrance

I always shop at this home depot,just bought glass wall titles right color right price, always have what I want,

Appreciate when the store manager, offered to help in our issues and then to see him walking down the isle with a huge smile on his face and by the way we had never met him before. Made all attempts to find a solution even offered to help us with other items and took us directly to the isle and stood there till he found exactly what we wanted to complete that project is someone who cares about the customer. NOW THAT IS RARE.

Gladia is the best pro desk work of all time

I purchased a tool chest combo today and needed a little assistance from customer service. The young lady, her name is Jeanine was the most helpful with assistance that anyone could ask for. Her smile throughout the entire process made it worthwhile. If you end up at the West Knoxville store and need help I would highly recommend you see her.

Needed a lot of help in the paint department and the salesperson, Jeanine was wonderful.

It took over twenty minutes to get help and then was treated as a thief

We had our charge card compromised and a new one was issued. We tried to use the new card for the first time. It threw up all kinds of red flags. The manager on duty did an awesome job of handling the situation.

This store is the largest in the Knoxville area and the staff are fantastic. Even the guys driving the forklifts will stop and help, if they're not moving any product at the time. Everyone is so knowledgeable.

I needed to get all of our Christmas decorations and I did NOT want to have to go store to store and spend a lot of time....this was truly a ONE STOP trip!!!
