Good efficient in checking and returning items.

a very clean store they have materials in stock if they did have them the find other home depot store near me to have what they did not have. EVERY PERSON WORKS THERE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT THEY DO. ALSO SO FRIENLY

Went in today for a quick item run but i had some questions on a home project. I spotted the manager and he was very pleasant and helpful. He didn't rush me out the door but was patient and informative. I don't live in the area but i would return any time I am in the area. Keep up the good work

I have to say the store was clean the only problem I fund is you need more people working the paint department is very helpful and friendly the products if you know were to look for is easy to find but if you need help every body was busy the cashier and the young man in the paint desk was very good.

West Oaks store is where you will meet some of the friendliest folks in the business. As a customer I have always been impressed with the way the employees remember me, how they seem to always know without my having to ask, if I need help. a few months back I purchased a refrigerator online and had some issues needing resolved. Ms. Arlecia was beyond amazing ! She made some calls and the result was above and beyond what I expected. Julie in the garden area has immense knowledge and is always willing to help me make informed choices. The paint dept. employees are incredible help. I Love love love this store.

Since I shop at this store very frecuently, I find it easy to locate the merchandise or to ask the right person who can help me. To me, that's is a plus.

The store was very clean and the employees I came in contact with were wonderful. The two ladies were awesome. The courtesy desk employee was wonderful, she printed out information for me instead of saying I don't know. Cristian the cashier had a very warm and inviting personality.
