The store customer service is great but, and outside garden I feel bad for the employees because it’s hot outside. Just like you take care out your customers take care of your employees. Put them in the AC room what’s the point of having it if your not going to use it ..... anyway that’s all thank you

Great customer service

The garden area was clean and fully stocked. Products were easy to find and Jacqueline, the cashier, was friendly and helpful. This store location may not be huge but it is packed with product and pleasant employees. Customer service is top notch.

This is a good location as far as Home Depots go around Houston. There are numerous illegal aliens throughout the parking area and on the streets in front of the store. It is troublesome due to they appeared to be drinking and pose a possible problem for breaking into vehicles. I personally do not think they should be allowed to wait for day work while customers are trying to shop and not be concerned for their own safety because of these undesirable people present.

Customer Associate in the Appliance Department was very helpful and answered any questions - showed examples with the differences. Very personable and friendly throughout the shopping experience. Miguel - Customer Associate - showed us a joyful experience.

This is my favorite Home Depot. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I can always trust the information and help I get from the associates.

The store was clean including the gardening area. One cashier in particular was awesome, her name was Donna. Donna knows the meaning of good Customer Service, she is the one living person who I believe knows the meaning. She is awesome. One down side was the lady in the small appliance department was no help at all, I passed by her 5 times in less than 20 minutes. She did not ask not one time if she could help us at all.

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. On my recent visit Kevin Ponce did not only assist me but he educated me about the product. He was excited about the Job he does and at the end he help with the products to my car. He has excellent customer service skills.

All the associates are very knowable in their different departments. very clean store something that a like I find what I am looking for

I have had both very good and very bad experiences at this store. It is close by so I go there often for a doohickey or thingamajig. This place is about as clean as a Home Depot should be. They are friendly and helpful a little over 80% of the time. Sometimes it can be hard to find an employee and other times they do not know what I am talking about. I do a lot of special mechanical projects so not knowing what I am looking for is not a major strike against employees of a home improvement store.

Melissa's from pro's services is the on youdy want to ask for assistance she is very nice and takes her time to explain things and helped me find what I was looking for.. thanks Melissa!!

Found everything I needed. Cashiers were fast and friendly. Lots of employees through out the store if I needed help.

This store is very strategically located, with a well dedicated staff willing to help as well as assist with all kinds of questions. I strongly recommend this store

Never ever use a gift card to pay for anything in this store!! The checkout stations will wipe them and DON'T count on the manager to make it right!!

The employees are very helpful and kind.

Anna the cashier is always smiling and friendly. She remembers the people that comes in the store and ask how you been if she has not seen you in a while. She provides excellent customer service.

Lazy employees. Needed 30 retaining walls block. Had to chase down a cart which they store way out in the parking lot. Once I got back to the blocks 2 store employees watched me load them onto the cart. One just stood there and talked on his phone while the other just leaned against the forktruck.

Marisol took care of me while i was shopping for lumber to be cut to fit my front glass door due been broken saturday nite she was amazing helpful THANK YOU MARISOL
