We are so glad this location is convenient! We have come to rent the Penske trucks, purchase items for our business and home. The staff has always been accommodating and helpful. They actually appear to enjoy working!!! Great job!!

Great store . Just needs more cashiers

Friday afternoon we went to buy a refrigerator, We bought am LG that was in clearance. I applied for a credit card you authorized me for $500.00 the rest we paid with another card. The lady from the first moment showed little desire to help. At the end of the sale she told us that we had to bring the cart to take the refrigerator out of the store while another person wrapped it. I asked her if somebody else can bring the cart and she said no because they were busy. There were three people wrapping the refrigerator. We love your store, I love my refrigerator but this was not a good experience

Wrote a nice review last week about 2 great employees in lumber and how the lumber department changed... SADLY Today's visit 6/28/20 1:30pm was far from acceptable... The people working in wood "AVOIDED" helping a customer, they didn't call for help when asked. Every employee including the assistant manager was rude and didn't care about customer service. Waited about an hour to get wood cut and in the end had to leave without getting the wood I needed. There were 4 others waiting for wood to get cut and I watched 2 of them leave the store without getting their wood. We "ALL" talked about the lack of help... After the first guy left I did too.... Absolutely no excuse for waiting over an hour to get help and no excuse for with employees simply avoiding a customer.. The two employees I wrote a great review on last week were not working today...It shows...

The check out machines don’t work the employees tried fixing it and ended up charging my card 636.62 dollars three times! Now I have to call my bank on Monday and hopefully fix my issue!! If not I’m out over 1800 dollars cause of the store employee swiping my card multiple times! Such ignorance!!!

I want to appreciate Randal, the manager of this store and the blond lady [i don't know her name] for helping get my item back after I returned it for a refund. It was a very rigorous process but they rallied around to make it possible. Thank You #0585

After going to the register with a 36 AA Energizer Max battery advertised for $13.97 the cashier named Kelon said no they are not that price even after I showed her on a picture how much the stand said it was and how many other batteries were there. So I asked for what appeared to be the only manager on duty. I told her of my situation and she said $13.97 was the starting price. I told her that's not what the sign says. Between her arguing with me and raising her voice I decided to ask her for her district manager which she refused to give me. Not only this I was also with another individual in another line where the cashier said ok that's fine and without arguing my friend got the batteries at the price I was arguing with the manager with. If there is no consistency between cashiers how can CSR keep great customer service. Unfortunately this ASSISTANT manager and cashier were the worst to deal with and should be brought to their attention.

you should give discounts for filling out these survey questionnaires as a incentive our time is valuable also.

Handy local store with helpful employees

I found the items very quickly. I did need assistance, Dennis informed. He found the item for us. The store was clean and neat. The associates were friendly and helpful. I always go to this location. The one in Sugarland is a different story.

This store by far has the best staff. They went above and beyond to help me with a project! Kudos to Kevin and Francisco!

#585 is in close proximity to my home. Associates are friendly and helpful. Plus they employ private contractors that can install things for me (i.e. I purchased my patio door from this store and the guy did an excellent job with the installation.) I bought some big items from this store on my home depot card and liked the "6 months same as cash"

The store provides a good customer service

Love this store! The lay out is easy to navigate and there are several employees that know about the products and their locations in the store!

Good store but need have more people available all the time during business hours. Someone is at lunch does not mean the customers need to sit and wait

The gentleman who helped me this morning in the lighting department was a wonder to see! He was so knowledgable, kind, friendly, everything that you would want a Home Depot employee to be. He spent time on finding just the right parts that I needed to fix my floor lamp. It was the finishing touch for my home office and part of a set. Every time that I looked over in the corner at it, I became upset because I couldn't repair it. He did what I could not do by first listening to me then using his expertise to help me.

The excellent experience of key staff in plumbing and electrical is what sets this store apart. These gentlemen can literally save you $thousands by laying out pros and cons of decisions you may make. They are willing to spend enough time with you giving guidance in areas that you may be tackling for the 1st time, like say a complete electrical layout, or plumbing pexpipe system. Their return policy (similar in all stores) allows you to recover from earlier purchases of the wrong item (for example). Staff in all areas are generally helpful.

Great store with multi variety of building, plumbing, constructions, maintenance etc on display. Interestingly the store helps with special orders and installations. The paint dept. is awesome with well trained staff on board to make your project special. I appreciate the staff with smiling faces, very professionally friendly, great customer service.

This store use to be my favorite location when the employees were nice and helpful. What happened?
