Great store and location, always have what I need and a great selection. Salestaff always friendly and have a knowledge of where things are located.

Cashier in the plant nursery Alexander , was very courteous and friendly.Great customer service.

The sale cashier Amaya was extremely rude and was not helpful. She seemed completely clueless on how many items she scanned and she didn't wanted to start all over again because it was double the work. I checked when I go to my car and she scanned multiple items twice. I'm going to a different store that hires more friendly people to get this problem fixed.

The store is always clean and items are easily located and associates direct and assist customers where needed.

I was pretty satisfied with this store up until today as they seemed to go along with the Governor doing away with mask requirements, but today, HomeDepot decided to go full mask police. The illegal aliens this store allows to harass the patrons in the parking lot got more respect than I did.

Big shout out to Joseph, and Travis for their help above and beyond in the paint dept. They made my shopping experience so much better.

I was especially pleased with a cashier opening a register for checkout when she saw I was in the self checkout line a long time.

Garden area was clean and the cashier was finally in an enclosed sheltered area . There was assistance when I needed it.

Kyra would not check me out, she rudely sent me to the check out area. It wasn’t until I returned later on the day that another nicer service associate Liz checked me out and helped me return my products.

Luz and Gigi were a lot of help with the questions I had.

I had a good time at the store yesterday. Tom was great and funny and Chip Read was very professional and kind. I also wanted to mention the lady in the Customer Service department who helped us around 2:00 pm yesterday. Almost everyone that we passed said hello. That means a lot to me because saying hello acknowledges the fact that you see me and I matter. Saying hello does not cost you anything, it just may make someones day. I loved this trip.

Went in to get deck screws 4"x10 torx, the person in hardware stopped what he was doing and found them , My bad they had a display set up and I walked right past it. My day was not going so well, but my visit went smooth and fast also the screws were on sale. Win Win.

Very friendly staff. Always ready to direct and assist with every need. And the store is diversified. So you can be rest assured of seeing someone who looks like you to help you, if that helps you feel more comfortable too.

The female cashier/clerk on duty on 1/3/2021 at 7:22 PM at the self-checkout was rude. I asked a question about cash back to her co-worker where the co-worker repeated my question to the rude clerk, who then made some noise of disgust and exasperation. I didn't even ask her my question and she became frustrated that a customer dared to ask a question. If this cashier does not like customers asking questions, then she should not be in customer service. Very rude and unprofessional; I may decide to take my business elsewhere as a result of such rudeness.

I grew up near this Home Depot and have been happily shopping here for 15+ years. In recent years it's appeared a little rough around the edges but "good enough to get the job done". However today I had a very different experience. My checkout interaction with Francy was so warm, friendly and personal that I left feeling that little bit better about my day. Her kindness and patience with me as I made last minute modifications to my cart (and held up the line a bit) put me at ease. I know it takes a special personality to have such a positive attitude/impact so I just hope Francy knows it is appreciated!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Items were easy to find with the help of the staff and the store is always clean. Overall, I'm impressed with time spent and my experience.

Had a bad experience here a while back in the lumber department and the assistant manager was rude and less than helpful. I try to avoid this store whenever possible.. Managers need to realize that one bad experience and influence a customers shopping...

Great customer service at curb side by Bob. Everything was on time and correct. Praying duct works great, and the price was just right.

The employees are nice here, but the young ones dont know what they are doing, much less selling. So dont ask anyone young anything in fact avoid them if you can. The older employees there know their stuff and they are very nice. Also avoid the pushy salespeople at flooring and doors.
