This store is pretty easy to get in and out of pretty quickly. I was buying supplies for my Dremel and they had everything that I needed in stock.

The Store is clean & well organized. The staffs is always friendly & you can tell they care about the job they are doing.

Good luck trying to return things here. Took me 30 minutes today to return 4 items. Workers did not know how to make my return. Nobody said sorry to waste my time. Did not say thank you once she finally finished.

This is my favorite store to shop at. Store is always clean associates are always eager to help.

The store is clean, Safe, and well-stocked. Everything is attractively displayed. The associates are very helpful and proactive. The leadership and customer service personnel are top notch. I always have a great experience. My family and I actually look forward to each trip!

Employees look the other way and offer no help. But when you start loading stuff yourself be sure thell be attentively asking you if you paid. Smh

On 6/1/2020, I purchased a grill online and selected the option for Free Assembly. (Order # WA 89455924). I arrived at the store on 6/4/2020 to pick up the grill along with other items to go with it. Savannah at the customer service area was fantastic. She rang me out and told me that I would receive loading assistance. I went outside and pulled my vehicle to the front of the store. While I waited in the sun and heat, I could hear an overhead page for loading assistance and communication on a passing associates phone/walkie talkie also asking for loading assistance at the service desk. Assuming that was a call for me, I continued to wait. I called the curbside pick up # listed on the sign in front of the store after the person with the BRIGHT ORANGE PRO LOADER VEST aimlessly meandered through the parking lot, into the entrance/service desk area, past me with out so much as looking around or up. Mind you I had the back of my Jeep fully open clearly indicating I was needing something loaded or needed assistance in some way. Actually greeting or approaching a customer seemed to be beyond the PRO LOADERS skill set. The person who answered the curbside # did not seem to understand when I said I was just in the store to sign out my grill and was waiting for loading assistance.... they had to place me on hold and give the phone to another person, who let me know that the LOADER would be with me shortly. Again BRIGHT ORANGE VEST PRO LOADER guy meanders around the parking lot and back into the building, only this time he was under the pro desk/lumber area.... During the wait, I saw my grill with my order tag on it with all the other grills on display. I went ahead and brought it to the back of my vehicle and waited some more. I went back into the store after seeing BRIGHT ORANGE VEST PRO LOADER guy meander some more. Savannah came out, to see if she could help... I pointed out a few cosmetic issues... she offered 10% off for that and we went back into the store to, as she said refund and rering it. She did this and did discount the grill by $50 which is and was appreciated. I went back out and proceeded to wait some more. Around that time an older gentlement named Dave came over and asked if I needed some help and HE proceeded to fully assist in getting me loaded up and on my way. I got the grill home and my kids and I were able to surprise my husband with an early Father's Day gift/cook out. Unfortunately this was after store hours... other wise the grill would have been brought back to the store immediately. We found that the grill was assembled with out the grease pan under the burners..... Hot grease from cooking was able to drip directly onto the the propane tank.... that situation will never end well as it could have potentially casued an explosion.. Killing or injuring my family and/or setting fire to our home. The part needed is not available on homedepot.com, but I was able to purchase it for about $70 from another online retailer. How, in the assembly process, was it not noted that the grease pan was not installed? This is not a Lego set where you would expect some extra parts... its a grill and a pretty large peice that was just not put in/on it. From the time of purchase to pick up (4days), if there was assembly required/needed there was plenty of time to rectify this. Then the blatant lack of customer service from the BRIGHT ORANGE VEST PRO LOADER guy... then the almost explosive Father's Day gift.... I will have to take my future home improvement needs to a different retailer despite the conveince of the store in Villa Rica, GA. The only redeeming parts of this was Savannah and Dave. They attempted and did provide exceellent customer service. However, their supporting cast ruined their efforts.

Each time I've visited this store, the employees have been exceptional in their willingness to help answer my questions, direct me to the item I needed, and offer assistance even when not asked. The store is usually easy to maneuver in an electric cart, and there has always been a sufficient number of cards available so that I haven't had to wait for one or return later.

Complete chaos.the associates will stand around and smile but provide no direction or help they really needs some serious training and leadership.

This store is very well maintained and is kept in a nice orderly fashion. The only reason it does not get ALL 5 stars is because I've come across it not having alot of items that stores like Carrollton or Douglasville keep in stock on a regular basis.

In these trying times, the staff at the Home Depot in Villa Rica are doing an excellent job to assist customers, maintaining the cleanliness standards and abide by social distancing. I have always found the employees to be helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The employees were very kind and helpful. I had several items that I wanted to find quickly. Someone was always close by to help me locate each item. I needed a price check so an associate helped me without having to go to a register.

The Corona Virus has created a impossible situation at this location. The exit door cannot be entered and when I was doing an exchange, I sent my helper through the line of about 10 people (which did move at a reasonable pace) to exchange 2 warped 2x4's and the dollar amount of the exchange item was put back on my card, instead of allowing him to go pick out straight 2x4's. Then I had to wait in line again to pick out the same items. This could have been made easier. On top of that when I complained to the person guarding the door I was called a "crabby old man." Do I want to shop there again?

Loree at the Villa Rica Home Depot is awesome. She goes above and beyond to help you locate items you need, and does it with a smile. She truly makes shopping a pleasure :)

The most favorite Home depot place of ours, commodities are being arranged neatly, staff are friendly and helpful.

Customer service department, loaders and store mgr did a great job helping me with my purchase of retaining wall block. I could only haul one pallet at a time, so they set up multiple pick ups over a three day period. each time I arrived to pickup another pallet they had it shrink wrapped and ready to load. Very courteous and professional.

The store is clean and tidy, the staff are vary helpful and courteous. My family and I enjoy shopping at this store.

Excellent customer service! Tiyun and Tara went above and beyond today to help me resolve my issue that would usualy require 1-2 hours of my time. These guys handled it in minutes. Awesome!

Associates are friendly and have stopped and asked if we needed assistance during our visits to the store. They were knowledgeable and were able to answer our questions. The store is well stocked and often carried an item which was not offered in nearby stores.

Friendly staff, and a clean, well-stacked store

I absolutely love this store. I am continuously doing home improvements and maintenance on our house. I take pictures of the jobs I need to get done, and I go in Home Depot and ask an associate for help and/or advice on the matter. Every time I go in this Home Depot the staff is extremely knowledgeable and ready to help. The staff is super east to spot with the bright orange aprons on. They are so patient and they walk me through every step and tool I need to accomplish the job. I recently went into this store about bugs trying to enter the house because it was getting cold outside. I was recommended diatomaceous earth. People swear by this stuff so hopefully it will keep the creepy crawlys away from the house. The return policy is amazing at this store and the Customer Service associates are super friendly!!! They keep a smile on their face... As well as the cashier!!! This is my go-to spot for home improvements because they always have sales during the times you need them the most!!!
