I've been updating my home with a large front porch and hand railing which I think looks pretty good and all my necessary items came from Home Depot

As always, busy on a Saturday in spring. The checkout was pretty fast. We met Chris in the loading area. He loaded 50 bags of mulch and greeted us professionally and thanked us for our purchase. He was very nice and helpful.

I would personally like to thank both Kevin & Chris for their customer service and specially Chris for noticing that I was a Marine Corps veteran and he personally thanked me for my service. OOH-RAH!! goes to Chris.

Love going to this store - employees always seek me out to offer help. This time was no exception. Tim W. helped me load my cart and my trailer, and tie down lumber for safe transport. Very helpful and capable. Hannah was positive at checkout and I really enjoyed working / shopping with both of them supporting!

The people are always so friendly and are always there to help me load things that are to heavy for me in my car. I love my Home Depot, I always find what I need and if I can't the employee's help me find it. The store is always clean and the employee's are so friendly and go above and beyond to help me every time I visit the store.

We were looking for carpet for our living and went to 2 local stores. We asked for help at one store and nobody ever came to assist us. We left and went to the 2nd store and the person knew as little about carpet as we did. The next morning we went to the Home Depot in Villa Rica and was greeted by Jess. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She saved our carpet journey! We are ordering our carpet from Home Depot, Villa Rica! & We walked away happy customers! Thank You Jess for your excellent customer service!

The customer service there is great. No matter what department I go to. Which is mostly electrical an plumbing. The overwhelming of assistance is great.

Leland took time with us, helping us get the exact items we needed. The cashier was friendly and was seeking out ways to help people. I love the Villa rica store and go out of my way to come here over Douglasville because it’s always stocked and the employees really care about customers. Leland was exceptional!

I shop the Villa Rica store even though other Home Depot stores are closer to my house. This store is always clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure my experience is great.
