Always great experience at this store. Employees always nice and help you with no problem.

I needed interior doors to finish a project but the special order doors I needed were going to arrive in six to eight weeks. Samantha was so kind as to show me other doors that were very similar and in fact, even better looking. She helped me gather everything needed to complete the job. Her very kind and caring attitude was just amazing.

There are many Home Depot store locations this one in Villa Rica happens to be closer to me & I love, love love shopping there

I am a new home owner with many questions and a lot of purchases. I cannot express how grateful I am for all of the employees I have come in contact with at this Home Depot. Each employee greeted me with kindness and were so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Both Natasha and Jessica were amazing!

I had a very pleasurable shopping experience.

I like shopping here due to it being close to home as I have poultry houses and am always in need of different items. The only issue I have is that the rental items are now in the main checkout parking area. That pretty much makes it hard when getting lumber.

Every time we go to the Villa Rica location, we are always greeted kindly and receive great customer service. Although this store is not as big as some of the others close by, it is the easiest to get in & out of quickly, especially if you know exactly what you need.

I've bought several things from home depot

I received a $250.00 gift card from work and I extreme difficulty in removing the scratch off covering. I had almost ruined the numbers below when I decided to take it to the store to have someone assist me. Susan at the Pro Desk went above and beyond normal customer service in assisting me with the card. Her efforts and diligence helped me to use the card! Susan is my hero!

We were helped by someone that had vast knowledge of all the products we were looking for and they took their time to help us find everything while giving us their best tips and personal experiences to make sure we got everything we needed.

Leland was such a big help when assisting us. His previous electrical experience was definitely helpful when trying to locate the items we needed.

Cause I used to stores locally for my products. Carrollton and Villa rica. Everyone at the Villa rica store always goes above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I consider the Villa rica store my home store because I spent more time there than at Carrollton, I have grown to know many of the employees, and most of them say hello and address me by my first name call the Carrollton’s location is just as friendly. I have just not spent as much time in here as I have in Villa Ricca. I do miss Kevin at the Pro Desk in Villa, Ricca, but Kaitlyn is as equally as knowledgeable, and quite frankly better to look at .

They get mad when you ask for a service they most definitely provide and they will not get the manager so don’t waste your time asking.

We bought a new refrigerator called Vissani , it is great and a very good price . Very nice all around and plenty of space for 2. Thank you Joe Ritchie for all the help.
