Had a great visit to this store. Employees were SO helpful and very friendly. The young lady who initially helped us made sure we were able to find everything we came in for and even directed us to some other item that would go along with what we purchased. Great start to our day.

Nearly every employee I passed asked if I needed assistance -- I didn't, but to be asked was quite appreciated (and unusual).

Very easy to find what I needed. Also the store was not unnecessarily big like other home dept stores where it if feels you can get lost in the store.

It was easy to find the things I needed and the associates were all attentive and friendly.

The store is really clean and well organized and being that I am frequent shopper, I have the whole store map out and it's all due to it being well so well organized. And almost every customer service personnel seems to be friendly and polite.

The store was very clean and shelves stocked, but what impress me the most were two employees Nick and Aidana. They made my shopping at the Home Depot a delightful experience.

This needs to be a home and garden store only. Not at all at the capacity with the current staff to effectively assist in supplying supply's to renovate a home fully. Store does not have enough trained employees to fully assist!!

I went to get some paint. The guy at the paint department was extremely helpful. he showed me the alternatives I had and took me to the aisle to show me all of them. Very polite and helpful guy.

Terry is such a gentleman, he assisted me with a very heavy box went above and beyond to make the box fit in my vehicle.

Store neat and well organized which is nice, but the employees are awesome and ready, willing and able to actually help.

I was a little confused on what drill to purchase and two workers helped me out and I was able to make the best decision for me.

Fitz was the greatest help in bringing me to the aisles where my products were. I also liked the shopping cart for toddlers with the steering wheels. My granddaughter had a great time. Overall the whole shopping experience was excellent. Every employee I came in contact with was knowledgeable & courteous. But special thanks goes to FITZ...thank you again.

My best Home Depot in Elizabeth I like to shop in the store

This store is smaller than other Home Depot stores but I find employees are a lot friendlier and willing to help, especially in the loading area and front desk

You have a really great store. I enjoy my shopping experiences there so much. There is only one thing I would ask of you to improve. Please find some way to keep your motorized carts cleaner. The one I used last time had some kind of bugs in the seat cushion and I went home with bug bites on my arm. I had to take the necessary precautions and stringently clean all areas of my home where I had been when I woke up the next morning with more bites. My home is clean of them now, but it was a bad experience for me.

Well i was greeted by an associate name tasfeeia pretty smiling young lady. Who was very and knowledgeable she answered all of my questions and walked me to the product i was looking for. Im looking forward to continue shopping at this home depot in the future all thanks to tasfeeia

I showed the associate a photo on my cell phone and he matched the paint exactly hoe I wanted it

The employees at this location are very pleasant and understand all your needs and will assist you until you get what your looking for

Costumer service is non existent, specially at the register, not effort to answer costumers concerns or questions, the attitude is like thats the way it its if you don't like it go somewhere else, unprofessional attitude, eating while handling costumers at register and just continue eating while handling the register.

Employees once again remembered me and answered all questions and I left with all items needed
