This is the second time around that I use this store to fill my deliver needs, due to the fact that my shipping company it is located nearby

I needed some items (flashlights and scissors) and like what I bought.

I needed to replace the stopper on a bathroom sink. Wasn't sure the product I chose was going to fit, but a Plumbing employee confirmed that it would fit The cashier named Eileen was so friendly. She said she bought the same product (Sink Shroom Sink Strainer-Hair Catcher) and loved it She showed me how to take it apart to clean it. AS usual, the store was well stocked, the employees were helpful and friendly. So lucky to have The Home Depot in Elizabeth so close to my home.

while there are a select few employees at this location who seem very helpful the majority of them seem bitter and unbothered by their unprofessionalism. if you shop here come prepared with item locations and no questions bc there is no help here. Garwood is a much better and more helpful location.

In order to get my hose fit and secure I needed a different one to go over it. Marisol gave me a coupler and hose. She helped me through the entire time checking sizes, finding the perfect hose that would work with the coupler and my . I was given many solutions to my problems but when we took our time we found one that worked the best. Thank you Marisol

It's great to go into a store and all of their employees knows where everything is at instead of waiting for someone from that department to stop what they're doing to assist you

Employees suck their teeth when asked any question. Very bad customer service.

If you need any help in paint, Gail is your lady. She was able to guide me through the process, get me the material I needed. Very helpful and welcoming attitude!!

Employees here are always terrible, must be a management problem.

The associate helped me find the right product. Made sure it was the right color of stain that I needed to waterproof my fence and gate.

This home depot is a little smaller but they have most things you need to get your home project done.

Buying paint is stressful, but Gail was extermly helpful, friendly, and kind. She help me consider all of my opinions before we made a paint selection.

This location is super convenient and close to me..the staff is super friendly and they have everything I need there

Very happy with oven and employee's at Elizabeth, NJ, Home Depot, May and DESCA.

I moved to this area a year ago and frequent this particular home depot. The service is consistently pleasant. I'm always greeted when I walk in and offered assistance immediately. If this location was larger, I would only shop there.

This store is extremely organized and clean. Staff is always alert and ready to assist when I need help or have a question.

I love the Home Depot. As soon as I walked into the store Marlon greeted me & asked if I needed help with anything. He assisted me in finding what I needed & made great suggestions. During check out Megan was so friendly. These two were all a boss can ask for.

The staff here are knowledge patient, and have a great sense of humor- all greatly appreciated as 8 take on a massive home project! Thank you Marlon (Mr. Home Depot) and Denise!!

Waverly has elevated this location for me. He helped me with lighting today and was the most personable. He stopped what he was already doing to assist me.

I like my Home Depot Store at 977 West Grand St. Elizabeth. The staff male of females always willing to stop and help you. They know where things are or they are calling who knows about what I am looking for. I am glad that the employees are given the utmost service to us customers. It’s a great store to get everything you need and want and dream about, it’s not to big you get lost and big enough to get everything you came for and then some.
