STOR IS VERY EASY TO FINE DUE TO LOCATION, IT IS VERY CLEAN,VERY HELPFUL EM.PLOYEES, PRODUCTS IS EASY TO FINE. MUCH CASHER NO LONG WAITING.

The store is always clean packed with good fresh stuff like plants and its products. Friendly environment is also a plus.

I like this store it’s easy to get too they always have everything I want it’s the store i choose to go too it always has what I want

Employees are always friendly and helpful. If they do not have it, they will tell you where to get it or call another store to check if they have it.

Shakeima was awesome!! She made sure the space that I placed my materials was sanitized she was swift with her transaction with me but I did not feel rushed. She even heard my indirect conversation with myself and made my day by finding a product for me that I had been looking for for a while. She truly made my day. I was sooo happy. I will always shop here. It’s just easier and always a pleasant experience

There is always an Associate willing to assist you or direct you to another Associate who can. The Associate are pleasant. The aisles are easy to navigate.

EMPLOYEES ARE EDUCATED IN ALL AREAS

The employees seem bothered when I have asked for help. They seem to run away or in a rush. I remember when home depot had experts who would want to help and teach the customers. First it is challenging to find who works in a certain area. I had to help a customer because NO one was available. I am looking to fix things but when I go to the Elizabeth Home Depot plumbing section seem to want to socialize with their coworkers and ignore the customers. I had the pieces I needed but they just said it is in aisle 25. I said I could NOT find it but they ignored me and come to find out it was supposedly the plumbing manager. Without customers the store would end up closing. I did NOT find what I was looking for and bought it elsewhere.

Bad experience in the paint department Terrance wasn't approachable or helpful

Given current circumstances in this pandemic of covid-19 I was able to be in and out of this location which has been rare considering the Tremendous lines at other location. Highly recommended. Great customer service.

This is one of a few stores I go in where the employees are always happy to see you whether they know you or not.

Good store..the most of everything you need can be found at this Home Depo in Elizabeth & the employees will look up any item you can't find & they will either order the item for you or tell you which HomeDepo carries it...some things can be better found at the really big Home Depo on rt22 in Union, but for almost every daily need this Elizabeth store is well supplied..IMPORTANT: There is a SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT of 10% if you show your license & verify your age.

Personal was helpful. Store clean, shelves well stocked. Answered my questions and ti e waiting was. Minimal.

The employees are very pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient. I like that the traffic is not congested like it is on RT 22. The store is in need of an upgrade. It may be an older store. Found the aisles to be pretty small. With a growing area, it would be nice to see the store upgraded to a more modern decor and increase the selections such as the appliances. " If you build it the people will come".

My shopping experience in this location was very pleasant. The employees greeted me when I walked in the store and was able to direct me right to what I needed. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and even highly recommended the item that I was buying. I would definitely visit this location again. Thank you.

I usually go towards stores near me since I am from Brooklyn but I drove out to the neighborhood of Elizabeth to visit family and Phyllis was my Home Depot Expert, I was greeted by her around 9 pm, I needed some paint for a remodel I was completing in my home and she was able to answer all my questions about the type of paint and brush/rollers I would need, She was very informative and helpful that the next time I need to go to Home Depot I wouldn't mind driving out that far.
