Sales persons are friendly

I really like that store, it is small and does not have that much variety like other Home Depot stores, however, the customer service and associates are exceptional, always there to help and advise when you need it. The store is always neat and organized, because of the size it is easy to find what you need.

It was clean and convenient and served its purpose. For its size it handled supplies very well and that made me happy!

The store is well stocked. Pleasant, helpful & professional workers. My husband is like a kid in a candy store shopping there.

I needed assistance and wasn’t sure about a product. I thought about going to another Home Depot to get the product. There was a staff member who was a gentleman named Tosh that helped assist a very confused me to make a better decision on what I wanted to buy. He was understanding, knowledgeable, professional and patient. The cashier, Waverly was also very professional and very nice who made the rest of my experience at this store great. I haven’t gotten assistance like that in a long time.

Wide variety of products at a good price, friendly,helpful employees

The Spanish language over the intercom every 5 minutes makes it difficult to look at products and read their labels. It makes it difficult to shop. Please make it English only. Most employees are friendly. When I try to load heavy items into my cart and vehicle it seems no one offers to help. This store is small so they don't carry everything, but what they do carry, they frequently are out of stock. These are some reasons we avoid this store.

Love this store! It is smaller than the other super centers, but it is very clean, well stocked and parking is very generously available. The staff is noticeable friendlier and more attentive lately and the check-out lines move very quickly. I have always been able to find everything I need at this location and on the rare instances that they have not had what I needed, they were able to tell me exactly which HD had it.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot #6905 in Elizabeth, NJ. The store personnel are friendly, courteous, and helpful. If I would need help in finding specific products, or some other kind of help, I have always found the personnel well prepared to provide it. The store is kept neat and clean at all times.

The enployees at this store are happy, friendly, and eager to help you. Mr. Shamir at the paint department is professional, helpful, and knows what he is doing. Helped me pick out the best texture for my bedroom paint.

I always shop at the Elizabeth store, the only problem is the store does not carry items that the other store have and I have to drive to Linden. the staff is very helpful and caring. the store is always clean and organize making it easy to find things.

Wao great customer service I truly felt so satisfied whit this Home Depot I was attended by a guy named Roland Johnson he went out of he’s way to help me and I couldn’t believe what he did so guys check this out I bought a Weedwhacker and I needed some parts for it so mister Johnson ask me what exactly are you looking for and I said I need a mix for the weedwacker gas and he said alright sir I can help whit that so then he ask me what brand is the weedwacker and I said I’m sorry sir I don’t remember so he said okay can I see a picture so when I showed him omg he knew exactly what the weedwacker needed and you guys are wondering why I’m so amazed by it it’s because the weedwacker didn’t have a name brand on it so when he saw it he knew straight up what he was dealing whit he gave me all the peaces I was looking for I left so the store so satisfied by he’s work that I will always go buy there again and I personally will look for him to help me out most of the time thank you all for reading this

Mateo the manager was extremely helpful, courteous and delivered exceptional customer service. He help me find my appliance and honor the price that was published. He went above and beyond I definitely have to mention the great deed he have done. In addition, the store was clean the team member was very friendly. This store is going to be my main store my family and I will be shopping at the Elizabeth store moving forward

Employees were happy to go above and beyond to help me with my purchase and getting it in the car to take home, and it was over 100 degrees. Not a complaint or groan, and refused to take a tip. Thank you again Naimah, Khalil, and Eglitha!

I just went to get what I needed.

Closest one to me but location is bad. I rarely shop there for cheap small items an air filter or nuts bolts screws fasteners. Sometimes items not available and i have to go somewhere else. Sometimes associates suggest something different which works for me. Sometimes get overcharged at the register. Not sure what they can improve. It's too late to improve the location. I don't expect them to be super friendly and go out of their way "to do something special" for me. Every normal person knows associates everywhere are friendly because they have to be, not because they want to be, and those are different things. I care more about their knowledge of specific isles/items. If i can't find something i need and they can suggest something different that will work same or better for me. Store is clean.

It is my pleasure to recommend this Hope Depot location for the high quality products and service of its sales associates who are courteous and professional.
