Had what I was looking for, 2 visits in a row. Store was clean and well stocked. FYI, get one of the ladies to help you, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I received great help solving my hardware item search.

Quick and easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The signage in the store made it very easy to find what I was looking for.

The store is clean, vey organized, associates are friendly, ready to walk you all around to find what you need.

This store is always so neat and organized. I always am able to get someone to help me when I’m not sure where something is in the store. Never had a bad experience and I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years! Great customer service!

Went to buy a new washer and we had excellent service, the salesman was friendly and was able to answer all our questions. Was able to check out quickly, very pleased.

The man working in the lumber this morning(3/28) was so kind to assist us in restocking the fence wood that was out and was so apologetic for the time it took to do that task even though we greatly appreciated his above and beyond attitude even with us needing his assistance at 7:30 am. We did not gather his name but we truly give him a huge shout out for not only his kindness but for his amazing customer service. Thanks Home Depot for a great morning experience.:):):)

Helpful staff and good stock awaited me when I arrived at this Home Depot on my Monday morning journey to buy replacement parts for a rental property. MIchelle in customer service was especially helpful.

My favorite HD. Employees are awesome and they love when I bring in my dog. He always gets a lot of treats from employees.

Store was very clean and organized. The employees I interacted with were very helpful. Not all Home Depots are as nice as this one.

Your warehouse had the exact washer and dryer we came to purchase, in stock. We even got our "dream" color. And the appliances were delivered to our rural home in just a few days! Delivery and sales people were all wonderful! Great store!

Ginger was very knowledgeable helping us with a somewhat complex track lighting project. We also enjoyed great service in the plumbing department and during checkout. I commented to her "We are all in service industries", and thanked her for exceptional assistance.

Bob spent some quality time with us during our Home Depot trip. He made our day with how friendly and helpful he was. Robin was our cashier and she was so sweet! This Home Depot had every item in stock and there was somebody always around to help.

The automated cashiers cut down on the employee contact. Sometimes faster but not as personal. They seem to work OK though. This is just not like it used to be. I do not change easily. Thanks.

Great store - always neat and clean and smiling faces on all the employees. They are always willing to help us find things. Makes me think it’s a good place to get a job! Also well stocked - we have never left there empty handed. Always have what we need.

Some times hard to park with big truck but where isent that the case. Store is always full of what i need and workers are helpfull, even the reps in the tool isle.

Customer service is an abysmal failure. It is slow, ponderous and defies it's name customer service. No one answers the phone. It just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. No one is running the show. No leadership anywhere near. The customer service staff is clueless and works in slow motion.

Terrible service by untrained cashier and then poor response from a manager (who only made excuses for cashier, not in any way apologize for poor service).

Even though getting assistance in certain departments can take awhile. The cashiers are always very friendly, ask if you found what you were looking for, ready to assist if you did not and make you feel good overall before you exit the store. my check out person (Debra), has that old school swag that has you feeling like a valued customer and wanting to take the time to look for the survey box that use to hang by the door of stores as you exit so you can make sure her service is recognized and appreciated as she makes you.

I think Kim in the Pro Desk is an awesome employee for your company. She has been at this store for awhile and she does a great job.
