They regularly throw away plants instead of allowing them to be sold at a discount. One time it was a whole cart of blue berry bushes, another time a cart of pansys.

I needed Rectangular Red Step Stones for my cat's grave and was able to find exactly what I needed and the quantity I needed. They had a wide variety of other stones in various shapes and colors which gave me some ideas for other projects.

Mariah N in window treatments is the person to see. She knows her stuff. She will make suggestions, but will never push her ideas on you. Super easy to work with, and very knowledgeable.

I shop often at the Home Depot by Andresen Blvd. Especially helpful has been Bill in the paint department. He is very knowledgeable, and I have found his recommendations to be spot on, thorough, and really helpful.

I have been replacing my flooring in my home. Removing the carpeting and installing Vinyl Plank flooring. Larry the professional in the flooring department walked through the entire process and everything work out very well. The contractor they chose to install the flooring did a fantastic job! Thanks Larry and Home Depot!

No one is friendly, It is like being with a bunch of people who never greet or say hi, but will point to a direction of where some product might be, they are rude and unfriendly

Help should be courteous, not sarcastic and ahort with responses. Just lost all my kitchen remodel money. Going elsewhere.

I have never been disappointed shopping at this Home Depot. The staff are friendly and knowledgable.

The lumber department was so helpful today, cutting the wall board to size for me, and helping me find the right molding and other items I was looking for.

Fifteen years ago, at the height of my home repair business, Home Depot was the last place I would go for materials. I've had 3 occasions to go back to HD recently and what a 180 degree change. Solid inventory, friendly sales folks and knowledgeable people in every department. Treat yourself and try Home Depot again. You'll be glad you did.

I purchased a gas stove that I have been wanting for a while. The man who helped me was retired and working because he enjoyed his part time job there. He was super helpful!

Store employee, Brenda Gee, is amazing. She sold us our refrigerator today. She went way above what was expected. Very personable. I appreciate Home Depot for having what we needed and an employee that knows her stuff!!

After a long stint of largely inefficient unknowlegable help they are starting to get a few people in there that can set you straight.

I will likely start shopping more at local hardware stores where employees care a bit more about customers. Even though staff was pleasant and one sales assoc tried to explain the best he could, the customer service rep showed no initiative to answer questions from what was shown them as being in stock on the Home Depot website.

One of their employees, Tanner, provides excellent customer service and assistance! Employees like Tanner represent the Home Depot brand well, and are the reason I will return to shop at The Home Depot, rather than at their competitors. They train their employees very well. Tanner makes customers feel appreciated and is an asset to The Home Depot. 5 star service, Tanner!

Today I had to go to Home Depot for a Landscape Drip Watering Kit and I was helped by an associate right away, and when I found the kit there was another associate putting things away and he stopped to help me get the kit and some extra elbows. After, I went over to the Garden Area looking for 1/2 a barrel and a associate was nice enough to put it on my cart, she was so helpful. When I got to the cashier he offered me $25 off my 96.43 total if I got a card. I told him thank you. Then I was helped to get my purchases in my car. I really would not have been able to pick the barrel up. But the associate put it very carefully in the front seat because that is the only place it fit. I was very thankful for him! Service was great and I thank Home Depot for hiring people who really want to work with a smile.

If you enjoy being ignored by employees while they block the way to check yourself out, because no registers with cashiers are open, then this is the store for you! There were 9 employees blocking the self checkout lanes which were the only open lanes. No one was helping a single customer! And there were tons of customers. I HAVE to do their job and don't get any kind of benefit? No discount or anything. I do not work for free. Bad customer service move. We have been duped into accepting sub par customer service for what? Convenience? That was not convenient at all. Have a nice day!

We love shopping at this store! The employees are super friendly and always going out of their way to make sure we get what we went for and that we are leaving happy and satisfied with our shopping trip. They are down to earth and very helpful. We won't shop at any other home improvement stores because we like the way Home Depot operates! Keep up the good work because it's very appreciated!!

I've shopped the Andresen Home Depot store since it opened. A great location and I'm comfortable shopping there as I know many of the longtime staff, and am familiar with the layout of the store. I always have a positive experience and look forward to my trips there.

Their crew consistently makes me feel welcome instead of like an interruption. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. On several visits over this last year a crew member has taken the extra steps to insure I found what I truly needed, giving advice that was money and time saving. Wish I was better at names so I could mention them. Great crew, good selection.

5 employees didn't help when I needed it ,1 other did help, 67 year old white HAIRED old lady,but 3 went to help 30-35 hot blonde who spent maybe 30.00, I spent 255.00.I'm selling and buying another house,someone else will get my money from now on. The worst customer service ever !!!!!

This store always has a great selection of items at very economically priced. The employees here have been really great about getting someone who is knowledgeable in the project that you are trying to work on to give you information and or ideas.
