I worked with your kitchen design person Shelley I told her I was in a hurry with this project. It took her 15 days to complete my project. It should’ve only taken an hour. Maybe two hours at the most. She literally drag this project out as long as she could possibly drag it out, she’s costed me a lot of money by delaying this project , her name is Shelley in kitchen designs the worst worst

Home Depot is my favorite place to shop for renovating, remodeling, building and gardening items. They pretty much have everything I'm looking for under one roof.It's pleasant to shop there because all the employees are so nice and very helpful. They are always happy to help!

I’m going to Home Depot about four times a week and I’ve noticed it has gotten better and better on the knowledge of the employees about the products and where to find them

Every time I go into this store I just want to set up and chair and hang out. The staff here is so dang friendly and helpful. It never used to be that way, so whatever Home Depot or the store manager is doing keep it up!

We went to the Home Depot in Portland (jantzen beach) they couldn’t help us find the cord to the light strip so we came here to the Vancouver Home Depot and Brennan was so helpful and read the box and find that the cord was attached inside the led strip light. He was so nice and went above and beyond to help us!

Ginger thank you for helping me out and taking the reigns when I didn’t know where to look or what I needed. You listen to me and treated me with respect and didn’t laugh at my request because honestly I didn’t know where to start looking at.

We just replaced a 28 year old hot water heater, with a new one from Home Depot this weekend. Jackson did the work. The total price was $2,260.00 compared to another company we got a bid from at close to $4,000.

I ordered an entry door today. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the associate who helped me. I'm going back to order interior doors for sure!

I'm pleased with my purchases from home depot I was in and out on this trip. Last time I shopped A young woman help me I belue6her name was Cecilia she was our cashier she asked how our day was, she noticed I was having some home improvement and asked how that was going and if we needed anything else. Very nice

I'm quite satisfied with the products I bought though it required four (count 'em, four) trips to HD on this day to do my project. The problems are that the customer satisfaction survey doesn't recognize my email being part of a custom domain (our last name followed by '.family') and requires that I check "Would you like to receive emails from The Home Depot about products and services, special events, new programs, etc.?" despite my really not wanting more emails.

We have visited multiple Home Depot's across the states and store #4718 in Vancouver, WA has to be one of the best! We were asked if we needed assistance in every department we were in. I don't believe this has ever happened in any home improvement store. We will be shopping at this location again!

The store is a lease neat and clean. It makes the shopping experience much better.

I’m always greeted nicely by staff. There are always at least 2 employees that offer their help. The employees at checkout are the sweetest

I found everything I needed to have my deck built. Spoke with someone knowledgeable about staining and was provided with a color guide. Looking forward to its completion.

Have nothing but good comments about this location, the staff are helpful, easy to find and product is shipped on time. They do a good job at keeping the store clean and organized.

Every time I am in this store (at least twice a month lately) each associate has treated me with excellent customer service. Helping to answer questions, find product, suggesting options, and teaching me new things all the time.

We just bought a tool box here at a GREAT value compared to the other options we've been looking at. The employees helped us disassemble to get it into our SUV, load and rearrange it and everyone was so helpful and friendly. This store is clean and always has the best prices.

They took the time to help my elderly father get his veterans discount since it’s switched to online he doesn’t have the ability to sign up and they made it happen on a busy day, super impressed

Bought 80 landscaping bricks and the employees helped us load them in our truck. They also arranged that we could pick up 1/2 in another trip because the full load was too heavy for our truck. They even helped on the second load. Saved our backs!

So far I bought a refrigerator, kitchen sink, faucet, washer and dryer, blinds and a Microwave. I am very happy with everything I bought so far
